Absolute scam - they start charging a surprise buried monthly charge before I even started using the product. Then they make it incredibly hard to contact them and cancel the subscription. I hope they change their ways or go out of business soon.

I ordered the at home test kit. It arrived. I planned to use it today. I purchased a few months ago. They stopped supporting or selling the kit. So my purchase is worthless, the service described and marketed while buying it abandoned and unsupported. I contacted them and they told me in corporate boilerplate we don’t support that kit, we moved to a subscription model. I ever signed up for a subscription. I purchased a one time fee kit for at home use testing and app results if needed. I never used anything, not a penny of their overhead, because they abandoned all support. They charged me $140 in subscription fees I never purchased. I paid via apply pay on my iPhone, yet this purchase subscription does not appear in the subscriptions tab of iPhone, even though its purchase is/was related to an app and digital experience. I personally had a good experience, I see theyre now discontinued which is unfortunate. I received a refund from my order and it was easy. Im not convinced these results are accurate but that is disclaimed in every online resource related to urinalysis.

I love my Ribbon Check-Up strips. They provide me with peace of mind, in-between doctor visits. I like this product so much that I ordered one for my mother as well. I also love that the team, especially Faith Penrose!! I had a small discrepancy with changing plans and she was very present and resolved my issue expeditiously!! I would recommend Ribbon Check up to anyone. It keeps you in the know, which is the first step to help yourself avoid a health issue escalating. I always like to stay in front of health issues. Did not say anywhere about reoccurring charges. I only used the kit once from when I purchased and now cannot use it at all along with being charged 2 more times after purchasing. I purchased two 12 month yes kits for my spouse and I. My credit card was charged.
The web site is closed. Non information on refunds or returns is available. Now they are charging credit card for two subscriptions.
Fraudulent? It appears so. We live on limited income. This is serious to us. Anyone have any success in Resolving this? Any help appreciated.

I made a purchase from this company Ribbon checkup and received the product relatively quick. But about month later the automatically withdraw money from my PayPal account without my approval for who knows what services. I was trying to call on the number was provided, it was not working number. Please be aware of that type of the services. I will not deal with this company again. Just want to prevent you from same situation.

Ribbon continued billing my credit card monthly despite them being discontinued in the US. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a refund of the charges they only agreed to refund one month out of the eight. Very poor customer service. It feels like this company is just a scam.

I was NOT aware that I was also signing up for a 19.99 a month subscription and just now noticed it. This is highly unethical! I am going to dispute the charges if they don't give me an immediate refund. Now I'm finding out that the product can't even be used in the US? Why, if recent regulation changes happened, did Ribbon not email us current customers and let us know this? Also, why would they proceed to charge us the 19.99 that we didn't even know we signed up for, after knowing full and well they were no longer going to be able to function here. Totally unacceptable.
Editing my review to give one star back as I went on their website, clicked to chat with someone, and within 15 minutes they said they will refund both the 19.99 and 55.29 I had paid. Will update further if the refunds don't end up processing (have had that happen before with a different product).

This is a total scam. You sign up, seems legit and now their website is down saying they don't do business in the US. I found out how to cancel on this site, but no where else. I will dispute my charge, as I did not know it was a regular charge. It also says all my tests are unusable now (since I canceled today). I only used 3 or 4 tests. Total rip off. Hope no one else falls for this.
