I would not even like to rate my experience, that's how bad they are unprofessional business. I know some international shipping takes longer but it has been more than 3 months not a trusted site. I ordered one of their baby bags. Haven't recieved an email back nor a refund. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED FRAUD !!!

Do not order from them. I purchased a bag for my daughter and they charged my credit card. 4 months and 5 emails later and they still have not responded, returned my money or sent my product. SAVE YOUR MONEY.....HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Ordered at least 8 weeks ago said free just pay postage 😡 this is not a company that we should be using. Nothing has arrived and can’t get through to them .

I have ordered an item from this website, saying that it was free and all I had to do is pay the postage. It has now been nearly two months and nothing has arrived. Very disappointing and frustrating, as I have emailed ribbondash twice and there is still no answer. Their website looks very professional, but it has very low prices or even offer stuff for free, except for the postage fees. I will be hoping that they will still refund me or I will be taking this matter further, as it is not fair.

Good luck trying to contact this company after placing your order and waiting for it to arrive! There is also no way of tracking the order so I have no idea if it is on it's way or not. Pretty sure it's a scam!!!
