Unprofessional

Thankfully, I was not a customer of this company, but received a power of attorney pack to my address. For a week my wife and I could not sleep, because we were not sure if our data were stolen, or our house being claimed by a stranger, who gave our full address to this legal company. After a week of worry, the director admitted her customer gave her a misspelt, wrong address with a missing postcode. The director made up the address and looked up a postcode, and blamed us for not sending the letter back marking it "not known at this address". She told us customers sometimes give wrong addresses, wrong date of birth to them. Instead of guessing, they should have checked the proof of address, or go back to the customer for a full address. The director first claimed it was a simple error of an Elderly customer. Then she admitted it was not the customer who gave Richardson's Wills our full address, it was her who created it. Unprofessional and arrogant.

Great knowledge and understanding!

Nicola provided a great service and didn’t hesitate to truly walk me through everything step by step, which is exactly what I needed. I felt that I was in more than capable hands and would definitely recommend Richardson’s Wills in the future!
