I was robbed of $59.99 A scam. Visa credited it back so I though it was good but then they reversed that. Was mugged of $60.

Never received product, complete scam. Unable to contact company

You suck. You charged my credit card on January 13 for an ironman watch and I never recieved it. I disputed it with my credit card company because I'm not paying for something you can't even bother to send me.

Really do not want to be negative but,
Apparently the wrong item got shipped to a different address. I have reached out through their contact at the website, email, text and tried to call with no answer. It would be nice to have some response at this point before contacting my credit card company for resolution.

Merchandise ordered was not delivered. Recieved no response to multiple attempts to contact merchant. Website lists physical address in Kissimmee, FL, phone # is in Utah (rings busy continually), and credit card charge is listed in Singapore.

BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR !!! This the first time I have ordered from Richboatparts.com The package that was delivered (to the wrong house) was clearly not my order. The carrier photo showed a letter-sized package when I ordered an item large enough for a medium size box. The phone number listed on the site (385) 497-6061) is nevered answered. It ALWAYS comes up as "line busy" - even at crazy hours late at night. When I sent an email describing the problem - it wasn't returned. I had no choice but to cancel the credit card charge. It this site even legit?

Scam website if you were buying parts, tracking was to another person at another address in my town, visa was notified, customer service line is busy. Don’t get burned like i did! Visa fraud has been notified, I’m sure the outboard repair is legit. Poor guy got his repair business and name stolen

This is a fake website. Please do not send them your money!!! If i could rate zero stars i would!

"Rich Mobile Outboard Repair" is a legit business but they do not do online orders. "Richboatparts.com" has "Rich Mobile Outboard Repair" address and phone number. When ordering from "Richboatparts.com" i received order confimation and tracking, the tracking number was for someone elses package with shipping oridin of CA and "Richboatparts.com" is "located"in FL. Our credit card charge origin is out of singaphore. The entire thing is a sam. please take this site down

Awful experience:
This seller was quick to process our credit card but everything since then has been negative. We were provided a tracking number of our order which ended up being an incorrect tracking number. The phone number listed for this business has given a busy signal for over a week now. It's been over 2 weeks with response to our emails, no product has arrived, and no follow up with any explanation. Very frustrating.

I did not receive my order ! On the site it says delivered but the fed ex tracking number is not my name , address or package. There are no phone numbers or no return emails or texts . I have disputed this order with my cc company. I will pursue with the better business burrow unless this is remedied.

SP Richs Boat Parts has been unresponsive to various text, emails, and phone calls concerning the purchase of a Camco Sewer Hose Kit and Sewer Slinkey Sidewinder. Purchase was made on 01-12-23. Credit to SP Richs Boat Parts for purchase on 01-13-23. They advertise "Expedited Shipping Method of 3-5 days".

I wish I could throw out more stars, but the delivery went to the wrong address. I’ve called, I’ve emailed, and no response. The price for the parts I ordered was great, but not when I never get them.

Shipped to wrong address & confirmation email said it was shipped to my correct address. I DID NOT receive my part. Customer support doesn’t respond to emails. The phone number post on their web site gives a busy signal and hangs up. Didn’t get any response to texts as well.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RICHS BOAT PARTS.

scam site. takes order, charges credit card. Sends fake tracking number for a local business. Total scam. Oh by the way, did I mention this is a scam site?
