My daughter ordered 3 items from this webshop on the 5th of December 2020 and until now never receive her shipments. They responded once end-of December that the items have been shipped, but we never received the goods. The track-and-Trace code they provided went dead in January 2021.
I cant even access their webshop anymore....!?
So beware of this webshop, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

It took 1½ month to get the clothes. Once we got them, they were the worst quality I have ever seen. Don't buy from them.

I ordered what from the picture seemed a cardigan. My daughter ordered the same item (me M, she S). We received two different things: I received a rust-colored fleece sweater M; she received a brownish t-shirt marked S (but it should be a M or L!).

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever come across. I ordered 4 sweatshirts in October 2020. They didn't arrive until December and I was trying to contact them on their email with them replying with non-useful information with time gaps of about 2-3 weeks. The packages all arrived weeks apart in December and all looked nothing like the picture. They were made of horrible materials and looked nothing like their pictures. One was supposed to be knit but was just cheap material that had a knit pattern printed onto it.

It took me up until the end of December for them to respond about the terms and conditions for a return and refund which is near to impossible. They only offered 10-15%. None of the disgusting items had been worn or damaged and so I am liable for a 100% refund. Shipping to China is costly and so the refund would be less than the shipping fee. Sending emails back and forth requesting why I cannot have all of my money back and that I was not a happy customer after splashing so much, they replied with the same things and commonly an automated email of how to request a return which led me into a long cycle of doing what the steps said to be sent the same email about how to make a return.

Currently in January 2021, I have no more answers from them and am feeling very stupid to have not checked the awful reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, PLEASE. I am a student and have lost out on quite a bit of money that I will not be refunded.

All I can do is warn others to avoid this website.
Oh and the customer service is probably one of the worst ever experienced. If I could rate it a -100 stars, I would.

ordered a sweatshirt from this website and it didn’t even look anything like the photos on the website when i emailed them to complain all they were going to do is send me 5% back of what i paid which was around £2 .. i then asked to return it to get my money back which then i would have to pay for shipping to go back to china and i wasn’t guaranteed my money back, therefor i wasted £25 on a sweatshirt that went in the bin as it’s absolutely appalling.

DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE !!
