Excellent Customer Service!

On May 2, 2022, I went in for maintenance on a CRV. Melvin Hayes provided excellent customer services with an easy explanation of services to be provided, cost of those services, and the time it would take to complete them. He went out of his way to be very kind and sincere while being very professional throughout the process. My experience at the service department with Melvin Hayes was extremely positive, and I recommend to other customers to seek his help when visiting Rick Case Honda!

The service here was okay

The service here was okay. I paid to have a diagnostic overview and was o Lu told about my suspension. My car overheated 2 days later because the coolant level was low. After leaving my car there for 2 days, my car was returned to me with oil handprints by the hood on the fender and unwashed. Not professional to return the car like this. The advisor was very nice however.

I had a great experience at the honda…

I had a great experience at the honda service center. Melvin was a big help to
Me as there was a lot to navigate with several repairs which he explained in detail. I didn’t have to worry because I knew he was taking care of everything. He helped get me a rental so I could get to work with no problem while the car was being serviced. For future service I will definitely have Melvin take care of me and my car again. Really great experience thanks again!

Ed Paz was the best!

Ed Paz was the best! I went to other mechanics to get my car serviced and Ed helped me with all my issues. I’ll be coming here for further services on my vehicle.

Excellent service in the service department!

I called for to flashing lights on the dash. The woman on the phone was efficient, no being put on hold, etc. When I arrived today Melvin Haynes took care of everything. He is kind, professional and made me feel like I was getting excellent service! Thank you!

Great service

Went in for scheduled maintenance.
Quick & responsive service advisors at this dealership. They provided a video summary of the inspection results & an online version of the detailed results.

Overall, communication & Customer service from Glen was good.

Very friendly and efficient service …

Very friendly and efficient service people. And I didn’t have to wait very long. And when I was trying to find my car, a very kind service person found it and pulled it out for me. Very helpful since it’s difficult for me to get around.
