"WARNING" DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE STORE
The website doesn't have a policy regarding returns, it only has a phone and a email address. I had purchased an item and wanted to return it because it appears as tampered due to the condition of the box, and that I wanted to return it the same way it was received. First I contacted customer service by phone and was told by a lady that they don't accept returns and in a very rude manner and then she hangs up the phone. I Then contacted customer service again, this time the phone was picked up by a man who appears to be the owner which also said that they don't accept returns. I explained him the situation that the website doesn't have anywhere whatsoever with no doubt a policy regarding returns. He had no explanation and also hangs up the phone. This time I sent an email message explaining the situation and haven't received a response. I sent another message and had no luck due to the fact that they don't respond because it's not convenient for them. Eventually I got my refund due to a claim that I summited with my credit card financial institution provider. Finally, lots of negative reviews similar to mine has been posted, so be very carefully cautious.
