Ordered my 1st E-bike from R&G. I received great customer service via a phone call when the size I ordered was not available. Excellent advice given on a suitable size alternative. Quick delivery and would definitely recommend to anyone. A++

Excellent after-care and seamless warranty support

I bought a Fiido T2 Cargo bike through Ride and Glide, choosing home delivery over in-store assembly. Setup was simple and the bike was great—until it broke. While equipment issues are frustrating, R&G handled the warranty claim perfectly.

They dealt with Fiido the whole way and kept me fully informed of the progress. The necessary parts were delivered and fitted, and the bike is back up and running (riding?). I’m so glad I bought through R&G rather than dealing with the manufacturer directly. They’ve been courteous, transparent, and provided great value for money.

Buyer beware

Very disappointed that the Boardman 9.2 bike purchase did not happen. I felt like I was being fobbed off with excuses and you did not have the courtesy to call me, only send a text. The purchase was on the 18th Nov, informed no bike 2nd Dec.

We were disappointed to see this review, as it doesn’t reflect what actually happened. The order was placed through our peer to peer marketplace, where private sellers control their own stock. We kept you updated throughout, including explaining that the seller was away, offering faster delivery options, and contacting you the moment the seller unexpectedly withdrew from the sale. We also attempted to call you afterwards, but were unable to reach you.

The only reason the purchase didn’t go ahead is because the seller chose to give the bike to a family member at the last minute, which was completely outside our control. Suggesting you were “fobbed off” overlooks the transparent communication provided at every step.

We understand the frustration of a seller backing out, but leaving a one star review for a situation caused entirely by a third party is not a fair reflection of the service you received. We remain happy to help you find an alternative if you wish.

Good Service

Helpful team and fast delivery if item in stock. I’ve found that my Back order items are generally delivered within the given estimate. Be nice if more Onwheel items were stocked, especially things like a better selection of t shirts and hoody’s which are available in USA but appreciate this still may considered a niche sport in the UK. Hope to see more options in the future as R&G are always my go to shop for Onewheel kit.

Positive experience

Working with the team has been a really positive experience. I live in a remote part of Wales, so I was a bit nervous about buying an electric bike without trying it first. But having talked through all the options and specifically what I was looking for, we settled on a make model that I am incredibly happy with. In fact, I have just ordered one for my husband! Any questions or issues I had were answered promptly, so I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Great first experience

Would recommend!

I purchased a Onewheel, a fender, some wrist protectors and rail guards from Ride and Glide across two orders. They both dispatched within hours and arrived before 12 the next day. They went above and beyond in two ways, they clearly saw my order was for a first timer and included a rubber charger plug/protector in the box (these don't come with the onewheel and are usually £5); this was great as I had forgotten to add it to the cart. The second is that they did that at 4:30pm on a Friday, only an hour after I placed my order (dispatched).

This is a great place to shop!

Recently ordered my daughters revi with ride & glide. Originally upon ordering my daughter wanted the blue, I received a phone call from Peter who let me know that they don't have any blue in stock at the moment but she can choose any other colour, I stated it was a Christmas present so I don't mind waiting for the blues to come back in, he ensured me that if the blues didn't happen to come back in before Christmas that worst case scenario she would have a black one put aside ready for her so she wasn't disappointed and end up without one on Christmas Day. We later decided she wanted the black one and after letting Peter know it was dispatched the next day. Communication was brilliant and Peter was very helpful throughout the whole thing. Highly recommend
