Disappointing experience with date…
Disappointing experience with date changes. I had a private transfer booked (ref 4779790) for a trip in June/July, but the booking documents showed incorrect dates (May) due to a travel agency error. I emailed TLT on 15 May - 3 days before the listed transfer date - to update this, using the contact email provided on my booking documents. That email bounced because the domain doesn't exist. A follow-up address also bounced. By the time I reached a working email address (28 May), TLT informed me the booking had been marked as a 'no show' and drivers had been sent out on the incorrect dates.
I was then told I'd need to make and pay for an entirely new transfer booking (€268) for my correct travel dates, despite having tried to fix this well in advance. While the staff I eventually reached were polite, the lack of working contact emails on booking documentation caused a costly problem that wasn't my fault.
