Unprofessional & not communicating..

Ordered a bike on the 22 of December and paid up front. They bike never got delivered and i never got notified why. Every time i called and ask why it was a different reaso… they ‘closed’ for the holidays for 2 weeks without telling me this! I keep hearing next week and its almost a month ago that i ordered and paid. This is unacceptable as i have to work and im getting in to problems now with my job. Please watch out for unprofessional companies like these. I warned you guys.
