We bought a ride on car for sons 1st birthday. He loved it! When it was about 10months old it stopped working. Although this wasn't used everyday and had never been outside, we also never over charge it.
We have been calling and emailing regularly for nearly 2 months now with no response.. and the warranty is nearly up.
Dont waste your money

Toy car started smoking on assembly. No response from company despite advertising 'hassle-free returns'. The useless and unsafe toy is still awaiting return/repair.

Placed an order for a gift for our baby's birthday, 2 weeks passed it didn't arrive, emailed back and forth, they couldn't provide tracking details but said it was sent. Now 4 weeks on and finally got a refund for the goods that were never actually sent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought a bmw m4 car came completely scratches on it . Emailed them with pictures for them to say it’s normal it happens in the box on transit . Keep away from this company listen to the bad reviews as wished I had of .

I placed my order for two Audi RS6 electric cars, and also number plates for both. The order was shipped very quickly, however, this is where it goes wrong. The items arrived and looked like they were seconds with scratches and scuffs all over the two cars, due to no plastic coating to protect the bodywork. One of the rear spoilers/bumpers was broken and they didn't send the number plates that i ordered. I have contacted them numerous times to which they said they were very sorry and would get them sent out straight away, well, three weeks on and still haven't received them. SERIOUSLY!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THERE AT THE SAME PRICE. AVOID THIS WEBSITE LIKE THE PLAGUE. rideonwarehouse.co.uk
UPDATE!! Since writing this review, i have now received the replacement part and both sets of number plates. However, the issue that still remains, is that the cars looked secondhand, but as i said, this is likely due to no plastic coating to prevent them from getting scuffed/damanged.

I give 4 star for the review but previously gave ZERO with a big dissapointment.Reason was that when i placed the order and amount was deducted, the account was not accessible anymore and no confirmation email came as it was in spam folder.then when i was able to login again to the account, no order details were there.It seemed like a spam and I was fooled by this seller.Then i escalated this to their so called sales email accont and got a response that the car was delivered already and I will begetting tracking details soon.But again, no update received for 2 days.I wrote them again asking for refund.then suddenly car was delivered by DPD.
i ordered an Audi licensed 12v car for my son's birthday and it was superb with all new brandnew condition.all in all my son was happy and so did I after a big dissapointment at the start.My suggestion for the Rideonwarehouse is you are doing a good business, but please update the customer with a bit of a trust.Make the system work properly and reflect the payments and delivery status there.it took only a couple of days to deliver the car from UK to Ireland so it was fantastic.So make the changes from your end to send the emails with a trusted server as they end up in spam.finally, i wish this experience will not happen to anyone else but hope seller will do the needful and provide a better service.

I ordered a tractor for my son’s birthday. It arrived a little later than expected. The tractor has not worked properly since we assembled it. I have rang and emailed numerous times, to no avail. Very disappointing

I'm only realizing the emails from the company were in my spam. They made contact numerous times. Item arrived on time and we are really happy with the quality of the purchase. No issues here. Thak you

The car arrived without a battery; I emailed them 3 times and called almost everyday with no response. I will file a police report against them. I don't recommend dealing with them.

Shocking customer service please stay away, Christmas present for my daughter arrived with a massive crack, notified them on arrival, no apologies, no help to solve the issue asked to return and have a new car sent out as was a present didn't receive printed label return, asked again by email Dora then replied it past 30 days can't return even though I told them about the crack on delivery. It's absolutely shocking service please stay away from this scam

No confirmation email, no response to calls or emails. They took money from bank without any communication or confirmation. I’m not sure if they’re a scam company or just extremely inefficient.

Great product in working order. Child loves it. Bit fiddly to build the car and the instructions could be better that is the only reason I gave 4 stars. I did a pre order so knew the delivery would be confirmed at a later date but when I emailed them they gave me an accurate update. Really pleased with the car, can't fault it. No damage on it

Cancel this please !! We he most bad company ever bring me a car with many scratches with defectives my babys Christmas present!! Never again from here ..and of course remember me because soon your site is gonna close i report you to every social media so anybody buy from you again !!!

Was a bit worried after seeing some of the reviews. However, my order was received within days. The car is brilliant and our granddaughter is made up with it. All good!

Really bad customer service. Do not buy from these. Still haven't received the personalised number plates and items were missing out of the box for the car. When I contacted them, they said it was all in the box. Absolute scammer, do not use these!!

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I spent over £100 for my child get a car from these evil f*k**s yet they didn't deliver the parcel, when I requested a refund, the blackmailing cruel company sent me this email

I intend to pursue legal action due to this aswel as ruining my children Christmas, don't let this happen to you. Please, do not use this company as it's fraud and scamming people... Even showed on my bank statement as a INTERNATIONAL payment... But they advertise as a UK company...

Damaged item not good when you spend money on something you expect it come perfect with no damage

TERRIBLE customer service. No faith in buying the product. Had a few products to buy and had a VERY simple question to be answeered, "How complicated was the assembly?", weeks of unanswered calls and unable to get a n answer via email, I went elsewhere. The Irish warehouse number doesn't connect to anything, it just rings a few times then cuts you off.

Awful products and awful customer service. Bought the ride on tractor and within 24 hours the pedal has stuck and unable to fix. Contacted them several times with no response
