Thanks to all legends who wrote a review about this company i was going to buy from then as they are €20\30 cheaper than smyths or Ken black. But NO not now. I thought just read a review before I spend €150 to 200.. thanks Again.

Ordered car 4 weeks ago and still didn’t get it. They are a scam. Avoid this company. No reply from them.

We ordered our son's blue tractor, after ordering we were dissatisfied because it was written very bad experience. From our side I am very satisfied, the tractor arrived within three working days by courier. My son is thrilled with it, from my side thank you.

AVOID..AVOID..I would give zero stars if I could..should have read the reviews before throwing my money away to these SCAMMERS..received a faulty electric tractor that doesn’t even work now and is only fit for the dump. Non existent customer service..still awaiting responses to emails from as far back as January and phone constantly rings out! SCUMBAGS for ripping people off and upsetting young children🤬

I bought car for my kids. Its broken cherry on top it doesn't even work or turns on after charging for hrs. They don't pick up calls or respond emails. They are definitely shady company. I have been trying to get in touch since Friday morning

Writing terrible reviews is great but it doesn't get anyone's money back. How do we hold the company accountable for its fraudulent behaviour.
It's scamming people out of their money and it's the kids who are being left disappointed.

AVOID I am pretty sure they are selling faulty products...wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.
Should have realised tractor was cheaper than other sites it does not work and same a below comments phone goes to a foreign voicemail and email just asks for details but nothing comes of it

Ordered a car for my 3year olds bday in Feb 2024. Used it twice and the steering wheel wouldn’t turn left. I’m into my second month of sending emails and ringing and no one answers the phone and the lady replying to emails asks for the same info over and over.
It’s an utter disgrace. I wish I had of read these reviews prior to ordering.
It’s shocking they can get away with selling faulty items and not have to refund customers.
Please please please do not order from them.
I’m still waiting for a response nearly 3 months after purchasing.

Order took over 4 weeks to be delivered but apart from being late everything was OK. We ordered a number plate also for an extra €10 but this didn't arrive after numerous emails and calls I was told they would refund the money which has never happened and now no contact at all. Call themselves rideonwharehouse.ie but everything comes from the UK.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ORDERED THE LANDROVER PINK JEEP FOR MY 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER'S CHRISTMAS PRESENT THE JEEP ARRIVED AND IT DID NOT WORK. THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR ANSWER ANY EMAILS. IM LEFT NOW WITH A JEEP THAT DOESNT WORK!!

This company took my money, sent postal information to FedEx but never sent the package. They are ignoring my emails and now have €160 of my money that I cannot get back.

They are scammers!

If I could give 0 star's, I would! Received this Range Rover car which I had paid €250 for my daughter with a broken, scratched up and cracked rear bumper but that wasn't the thing that had worried me the most about this pile of junk. It is made out of very cheap, chinese knock off materials, looks absolutely nothing like in the photo and after assembly, I had used extra washers to try and make the wheel's stay on as they were so wobbly but it didn't even make a difference. This car is an absolute danger hazard! Emailed company numerous time's with absolutely no response other than the one time basically telling me not to let my daughter anywhere near it as the wheel's looked dangerous, I presume they were only saying this to cover their own backs in case heaven forbid my daughter ended up in A&E because of how dangerous it is, I could sue! Haven't heard a thing from the company since. My daughter is left heartbroken. Read the English reviews on this place also as I can only presume it's the same company, scam artists only after people's money. Don't even dare reply to this comment Ride On Warehouse Ireland. If you can't reply to my emails then don't even think about trying to make yourself look good on here, I wash my hand's of you. Biggest time and money wasters to ever exist. I would much rather let all of my bad luck go with you than waste another second of my time trying to contact you.

I ordered a car a few days before my son's birthday and it arrived, as stated, on his birthday today !! I'm.so pleased. It was easy to assemble and I can't fault the service from Rideonwarehouse. They responded to my emails quickly and I received a tracking email as soon as the order was dispatched . I'll definately recommend them.
