I bought a snowboard jacket, and first of all, it has arrived 2 days earlier then expected, moreover the size choice was extremely detailed, the system asked me a lot a questions to make sure that I was going to chose the proper size.Last but not least the jacket looks exactly the same as in the pics and the customer service is excellent, they reached out twice, to make sure that I was satisfied with the product.TOP!!!

I ordered a shipment that was lost due to some DHL mistakes. Anyway, I talked twice to the friendliest customer care service team I have ever talked to (the first time to see if we could recover the shipment and the second one to make a replacement for it), and two days later I received my new shipment with no regrets.

So I wanted to purchase the jacket and I was really not sure if I should buy XS or S, usually they both fit. So I reached out to them and honestly it was the best customer service I have ever gotten, they answered so fast and gave such good details and explanations. So polite and customer focused!! I am very thankful for that, and also the jacket was shipped fast and I love it, it was just as expected, perfect fit, perfect match with the pictures and the presentation from the website :)

Despite the fact that the ordered shipment stopped on the way, the staff from the riderstore.com e-shop behaved great and ordered the goods new for me and delivered them directly to the slope, where I went with my family on a winter skiing holiday.
