This is the WORST ride share company…

This is the WORST ride share company EVER!!
NOT ONLY did I have to WALK to the pickup location, the driver did NOT wait the full time allotted for me to WALK to her.
When I called her to see exactly where she was, she stated the she would NOT drive 10 seconds down the road to where I was as it had ALREADY been too long.
When in fact, I had only been not more than 2 minutes from the time I booked to complete this miserable experience.

I will NOT be recommending yall too anyone.

I booked a ride and was told to get out somewhere far away from my house.

I booked a ride, my driver was Louis E.
I was sat in the back of the vehicle, so hearing him was hard for me. He asked if I was on "The left" or "The right". I thought he was on the opposite side of where I actually was, so I responded with, "Left".
A few minutes later I recognize he was on the left of where I needed to be, so I corrected him by apologizing and responding with, "It's on the right. I thought you were on the opposite side. I'm sorry, I didn't know."

He then pulls in to a random complex and drops me off way farther away from my house. (Which was literally down the street, really far away on the opposite side where he should've been in the first place.)

There were other people in there too which is fine, but in the noise I could've sworn I heard, "I don't want you in here anymore." I'm not saying he did say that, but I'm pretty positive he did.

This was my first time in a via. And I was treated disrespectfully. I don't understand how he doesn't know what my stop was even though I was the second person in the car.

Why have me get out at the wrong stop very very far away when my house is in the city limits of Via?

I was picked up this morning and the…

I was picked up this morning and the man who was driving the van, had his wife sitting in the passenger side and they were talking the whole time, and I was unable to get a word in edgewise. I was simply trying to tell him that the train would be blocking the route that I saw on his phone so we could avoid that, but he never heard me and he never looked down and we drove right to where the train was blocking the road and then we had to drive five minutes all the way around the train. Also, later that day I got into the car with a girl Driver and her boyfriend was riding in the passenger seat and they talked the whole time. Super unprofessional company every time you call customer service you get Latin speaking rural Mexico individuals that only speak English as a second language, you can hear roosters or pigs or donkeys in the background and whatever you do don’t use any big words! When you explain your problem to them three or four times and finally get them to repeat back some semblance of what you said, the whole time they’re saying the word “perfect”. If I were having a perfect experience, I would not be calling you in the first place.

In arlington

In arlington. It's pitiful. The pick up spots will lead you across highways and freeways. Over half of the drivers are rude. I will never tip ever. Cause I wait over 25 minutes, walk across 360, and miss the train everytime I take. This really motivates me to save for a vehicle. Sometimes a lot of times lyft or uber is the best route to go even when I can't afford it. They have to do better

I dont recommend this company…

This company took my daughter to school then mysteriously canceled our pass and left her stranded at school. I don't recommend this service for anyone to use and their customer service is severely lacking in the customer service department.

I am a Via driver in Arlington

I am a Via driver in Arlington, I have to cuss these people out once a week. They constantly have system issues and expect you to simply "wait it out" with NO guarantee that your going to be paid.
I've waited over two hours for new instructions, only to find out I had been CHARGED 40$ as a no call no show.
These people are shady ASF.
Then they say, "Let me check on this" lol "Can I call you back" like.. wt fudge does that mean?

They don't give a shif, avoid them if you can.

Service opens at 6, I attempt to order at 6 guess what? all rides are full! How? The service just opened. Everyday I have to wait 45min-1hr and then an additional 30 minutes for the car to get to me,not to mention the terrible driving and gps messing up on the drivers

Unreliable for early commuters

They start providing rides at 6 am, yet are constantly "experiencing high demand" and this causes me to be late to work every day. It is unreliable if you depend on this service to get to work in the morning.
Some of the drivers in Arlington, TX are horrible drivers. I have gotten nauseous from being in the vehicle with them.

I have not ridden with this company - the drivers don't follow the same street laws the rest of us would

I have not ridden with this company. However, this company provides transportation in my city. The driver's constantly are parked in the road to pick up people - instead of pulling into a parking lot, driveway, or parking spot to provide safety to the passenger. I constantly see their drivers swerving on the roads, being on their cell phones, not using blinkers (I saw one driver just today swerve into a lane with another car next to them - did not hit the other driver but quickly sped away once they realized what they did). I seriously have no idea how any of these drivers got their license in the first place. I absolutely will never use this service.

Boycott VİA

Boycott VİA! İ was assaulted by an unhinged passenger on a VİA and the driver did nothing. İt is clear that drivers are not trained to handle situations like this or they are told to do absolutely nothing. Also, as far as İ know, the vans do not have cameras or an alarm to alert police, so every time you climb onto one of these purple vans, you do so at your own risk. Every agency İ contacted to report this incident to passed the buck to someone else, they play the back and forth game.
İt is also a waste of time trying to have any meaningful dialogue with VİA regarding rider safety, İn fact, some of the responses I got were literally complete jibberish. İt's clear VİA does not make safety a priority. Actually, VİA doesn't prioritize a lot of things like pick up and drop off spots, or keeping vans clean. İ don't understand the point of this company's service and why cities allow them to operate? With so many other transportation options VİA doesn't offer anything exceptional - they only drive within the city, there's only room for you so it's a no go if you're shopping and have groceries or packages, and they are not energy efficient - so what is the point of adding them to already congested roads? But the biggest problem of all - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFTEY!. Period! Bottom line! Cities where VİA operates needs to legislate a passengers bill of rights same as the taxi and limousine commission has. Otherwise, a third rate service like VİA should be shut down. And if these purple eyesores disappeared tomorrow, I'm pretty confident no one would even notice.

I have been trying to book a ride with…

I have been trying to book a ride with via all morning to get to work and it took 4 freaking HOURS!!! I'm 3 and a half hours late for work now! I make $25 an hour. Therefore I am missing out on $75+ now due to via. Not only am I missing out on $75+ but I have been standing in the freezing cold for multiple hours. It was 27° outside this beautiful morning and if you're not knowledgeable on it I will tell you that you can get hypothermia and or frostbite at 31°. I have called...they said call again in 10 minutes. I called back in 10 minutes. The person that answered my call said that she CAN book me a ride but to call back in 15-20 minutes...I called back in 20 minutes...I was told that I STILL can't book a ride and to call AGAIN in ANOTHER 20 minutes. I was told i was having problems because they were short on drivers and high in demand....so explain why when I called again for the fourth time 20 mins later as I was speaking to the representative I saw TWO people walk up to the pick up area and they BOTH got picked up by two separate vehicles driven by via yet me waiting there for WAY TOO MANY HRS ALREADY STILL WASN'T able to book a FREAKING ride! Even worse after THAT still on the phone with the representative I witnessed one of their drivers with no passengers pull up and park right in front of me...I told the representative "ONE OF YOUR DRIVERS IS SITTING HERE PARKED RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME JUST SITTING ON HER DAMN PHONE! BUT I STILL HAVNT BEEN ABLE TO GET A RIDE?!!" This is absolutely ridiculous. I previously asked to speak to a higher up and was told that is not an option. I asked if via was able to contact any drivers to see how long it could possibly take so I would have an estimated time frame 1. So I can know how much longer I was finna be sitting in the cold and 2. So I can let my workplace know how late I'm going to be and I was told no drivers could be contacted for an estimated wait time. This is serious considering something like this could get me FIRED from my only source of income and or could negatively affect my physical health! I believe they are handling this ride share way too irresponsibly considering the fact that I can't speak to someone that could actually help or at least get an estimated wait time. I then realized while I was on hold that if I pressed on a different drop off location it finally allowed me to book a ride! He got back on the phone and said "it looks like it allowed you to book a ride already" I told him "yes but the drop off location is incorrect." He then tried to CANCEL it! I yelled at him "DO NOT CANCEL MY RIDE" OKAY so the driver arrives in 10 minutes... I ask if he can change drop off address... He says "if I change the location it'll give you a new driver and that driver may be a late... is that okay?" I said NO THATS NOT OKAY! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR GOING ON 4 HOURS NOW THERES A DRIVER ALREADY SITTING IN FRONT OF ME JUST IN HER FN PHONE NONE OF THIS IS OKAY NO" As he's trying to explain to me that changing the location will prolong my wait my driver pulls up ONE MINUTE EARLY before he could do anything and I jumped in that warm car SO FAST! Told him I was already picked up and he needed to fix the location. He fixed the location I was already in the car so there was no reason as to why I should have to sit in the damn cold any longer. After all this I am given a measly $6 credit to make up for it. This is one of the only ways of transportation some people have to get to work. Via ... You need to get a better order of things or something because this kind of thing could potentially ruin someone's life or worse! This could potentially make me lose the only income I have to pay bills, which could cause me to go homeless in the middle of a pandemic... This could make me have to pay a lot of money in medical bills for treatment... This could cause someone to DIE from hypothermia!!! I'm just trying to get to work to make ends meet as a struggling single mother and this ride share app..
As of right now, to me, is essentially useless. Thanks a lot. Via... You need to fix this immediately. Or someone could really be affected by your negligence.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever your ride will be one minute away and you'll get a text saying your ride has been canceled and it takes 3-5 BUSINESS days to get your money back. Lyft is a little more expensive but at least they're reliable.

Via service in Milton Keynes (MK connect)

I use the via service in Milton Keynes (MKConnect). The service was put in place to take over bus routes which have now been cancelled. The service has left me waiting up to two hours for a ride, cancelled rides last minute, frozen my online account, taken money and provided no service and given no refund. I have emailed their helpline three times over a period of two months with no response. Overall, a shocking service from Via and Milton Keynes Council.

Not a reliable service

Not a reliable service, one of the worst services in Hampton Roads area, when you make a reservation, they are never on time, within a 2 wk period I was late for work 6 days. Also when you have a reservation, they may try to pick you up earlier than your time, for instance, just this week alone, my pick up was scheduled for 6:50, they called me at 6:25 stated your ride will be there in 6 minutes, I had to call them, to let them know, my pick up was not till 6:50, they in turn asked me, when would I be ready, I told them at 6:50. I have been picked up from work an hour late.

As a professional, I inquired via. I asked for email, text on numbers.
They keep wanting to call. This is too squirrely. I need to see who what where when and COST. Wouldn't you?.
