I recently purchased the Segway P65 from Ride Zero, and I couldn’t be happier with both the scooter and the service.

The Segway P65 is an absolute beast – solid build quality, super smooth ride, and incredible range. It feels premium in every way. The acceleration is powerful but controlled, the braking system is responsive, and the large tyres make it really stable even on rougher roads. The display is clear and easy to read, and the overall design just looks sleek and modern. It’s perfect for commuting and longer rides.

As for Ride Zero, their service was excellent. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was fast, and the scooter arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. Customer service was helpful and professional, which made the whole experience even better.

This is actually the second time I’ve purchased from Ride Zero, and once again I’ve been really impressed. The scooters are great quality, but what keeps me coming back is the customer service.
Martin in particular deserves a huge thank you. He’s been incredibly helpful, keeping me updated, sorting out any issues without delay, and generally making the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that takes customer care this seriously.
Even when there were some delivery hiccups, Martin went out of his way to get everything resolved quickly. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers are happy. That kind of service is exactly why I chose to buy from Ride Zero again, and why I’ll happily recommend them to others.
Ride Zero has definitely earned my trust as a reliable and customer-focused company. Thanks again to Martin and the team — I’ll be back for a third purchase when the time comes!

I initially was disparaging about this site due to what I thought was bad communication and a faulty product. Turns out the ‘product’ fault was my mistake albeit the packaging is strange?
The communication from the old company was not good but the new owners are absolutely on the ball and very helpful.
I would now certainly deal with them again.

Found this company after a looking for a new bike. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to use Klarna to fulfill my purchase. Arrived swiftly and am looking forward to getting it out on the roads. Will recommend to my colleagues - Thank you
