Dubious, Scam, No delivery of goods, No support, Not available

Invoice amount was paid in advance via Paypal.
Delivery still not made after 8 weeks.
Service only reacts sporadically and with evasions and empty promises
New delivery deadlines were set but again not met
Service promised that the goods were on their way.
Sales company/participating company informed via Paypal and incident opened
Refund still outstanding
Tracking link for shipment of goods was provided to feign progress and delivery. However, tracking link does not contain any delivery information and also no change in status since 04.02.25
Repayment requests are not complied with.
Instead, empty promises, no concrete delivery dates, status reports or refunds.
Service no longer responds to my messages, information about missing tracking information or repayment requests

I had a terrible experience with them

I had a terrible experience with them. They sent me the WRONG SIZE due to THEIR mistake, yet they expected me to pay international shipping from the USA to Australia to return it! That’s completely unfair and unacceptable.
Their customer service was unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. Instead of providing a prepaid return label, they left me with a costly shipping bill for something that wasn’t my fault. This level of customer neglect is beyond disappointing.
I strongly advise others to avoid this company unless you’re willing to risk expensive mistakes with no proper resolution. Absolutely unacceptable business practices!

Stay far away from this company

Stay far away from this company! If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a sweater that I never received, and their so-called customer service is a joke. I’ve sent multiple emails to them, but they completely ignore me. The one time they bothered to reply, it took forever, and nothing was resolved. This is the worst place I have ever shopped, complete scam! Avoid them at all costs!

No response-ever

My son received two pullovers for Christmas purchased from RidgeDawn neither of which fit. I have sent 5 emails and attempted to call to exchange them and have not gotten a single response. The phone number on the website is not active. I no longer want to exchange them I just would like the money returned. I am extremely frustrated and would not recommend any purchases from this company.

I bought a shirt - terrible customer service

I bought a shirt, but they sent the wrong size. I emailed to request a return or exchange, but their responses were incredibly slow. They kept asking me to confirm if I wanted to exchange the item, but never actually processed it. Now, they’ve stopped replying altogether, and it’s been over a month since I last heard from them. Terrible customer service—don’t waste your time or money buying from this company!

They Charge You For Items You did not Order

I order a shirt from their website. After I paid through PayPal, they offered some deal to buy another shirt. I clicked on the decline button and everything seemed fine. Then I got an invoice for 2 shirts (the exact same shirt... why would I purchase the same shirt???). I called the number on their website 3 times and kept getting a busy signal. I sent them a message using their message service on their website stating that I did not want the second shirt. I also emailed them from my personal email account to reiterate that I only want the 1 shirt and not the extra. They still went ahead and processed the order with 2 shirts. The only time I got a response from them is when I opened up a dispute with Paypal. I stated in the dispute that I was willing to return the extra item. They said they would give me a refund when the extra shirt was returned to them and then they gave me an address in London. I have no problem returning it, but I wasn't going to pay shipping for a shirt I never asked for. They would not pay for shipping and eventually Paypal took the hit and just gave me a credit for the amount so the case could be resolved.
When opening up the dispute with Paypal, I found that the company somehow added themselves as automatic payment... which I would never agree to.
The company sounds like an American company, but the shipping was from China and they do business as Nova Ventures.
Do not trust them. They are shady as hell

Very likely a scam.

1. Obviously non-truthful content.
a) Banner image is a stock image with the logo pasted onto the shirts of the models. Image manipulation is obvious since the logo does not account for the curve of the shirts
b) AI-generated shopping category icons, unnaturally highlighted items with fake, 'dreamy'-type shadows. The most obvious tell is that none of the pictured items are actually for sale. Yes, I checked.
2. Very likely selling fake/is a dropshipping company.
a) Their listed address, 2791 California St, Torrance, CA 90503, USA, does not lead to any storefront and is located in the middle of a warehouse district, making it very likely to be an online-only company.
b) Their exactly website format is extremely common among other shops of the same reputation.
i) The HTML is very close. I'd say around 90% the same, as they changed images and text.
ii) If you're not in tech, you can tell by the same fonts, the same element styles (round corners of the same radius, white styling, same banners, same bottom text, same top nav bar).
iii) Is a Shopify store. Not to say that all shopify stores are bad, but just that the chance of encountering a low-reputation store is higher with Shopify. Think of it as E-bay or Amazon allowing third-party sellers with low rep, with shopify allowing third-party sellers with low rep.
3. Ordering an item did not even work.
a) Item not processed even after 9 days (31st oct)
b) No response from "sales (at) ridgedawn (dot) com" even though the email address is noted as a means of contact in their "refunds" policy page. Although extremely maliciously included as it is in white text and invisible unless you select all elements on the page (ctrl-a)
c) Incessant email spam after purchase. I have received 6 such emails notifying me about a possible delay in shipping if a phone number is not provided. The mechanism of providing this information is also very malicious as they wait until you do finish the transaction to request your phone number for "delivery purposes". I do not recall if Shopify provides a means of giving phone number information while you are making the transaction, but the simple fact that Ridge and Dawn request this information outside of the security of Shopify is malicious.
