Extremely poor quality materials and a dubious and Pathetic attitude from complaint handling Managers.
After six months, the five-seater sofa, I had purchased began to tear. When I went to the store, the manager firstly, said it was just a regular wear and tear. After numerous enquiries and demonstrations that the material was obviously defective. She promised to speak with the suppliers, but it was a deliberate waste of time and delayeing tectics, they never replied to emails that they did not receive, even no timely response on the wtsapp and it is off now. A new manager showed some sympathy in the past month, but there is a change of management or ownership in process. I started this process in August, and the delaying tacticts are still being used that give us a week and couple of days etc.
once she offerd only three seater, I originally objected the offer of a three-seater, but when I consented, she began using the same tactics that she would discuss with the suppliers. Still waiting for their response, it has been over 10 days now. The sofa will be practically unuseable very soon; within a year time, it seems like a waste of over one thousand pounds. One of their shopfronts was sealed, observed during my most recent visit, I heard there are many other peole going through the same experience, I request everyone affected to come together for a collective action rather wasting time and money.
