Booked the same day as they came out to do the job. They rang as promised to say they would be half an hour. Came did sorted the problem out. Great job done quickly nice man who came.

he was on time sorted out the problem.dealt with it. he knew what he was doing very polite would use them again and would certainly recommend to others.

Arrived promptly and rectified problem

I am a 71 year old disabled pensioner with Parkinsons disease and I cut through a live wire. I wss extremely lucky and avoided injury. There was a loud bang and a flash.. Then all went dark and quiet. I was worried sick........until John arrived. His calm and relaxed manner soon stopped me worrying He set aboat diagnosing the. Faults caused by my cutting the live wire. In next to no time everything was back to normal It was nice. to find a skilled tradesman with a friendly caring and professional. outlook

Needed an electrician to fix a ceiling light in top hall landing, Daniel (I found out his name later) arrived exactly at the time that was arranged, introduced himself at door and put on disposable overshoes before entering house, put large sheet on floor to protect carpet from any dirt, all the way through he explained what he was doing, excellent worker, clean tidy worker, polite, would highly recommend , if I could have given 10/10 I would have, would I use this company again, most definitely.

An electrician was sent on behalf of HomeServe, with whom I have a annual service contract. The electrician was quick but thorough. I am not sure as to how the charges compare to other companies, as the invoice was covered by HomeServe, but if I needed the services of an electrician I would definately look to Right Trades again.
