Don't book with Sheraton if you expect an airport pickup!

I rarely write a review with fewer than 5 stars because I know how much negative reviews hurt a business. Booking was simple and shuttle to the airport was immediate, quick, and good. However, Sheraton doesn't staff their phone for calls for airport pickup. Two months ago I called 4 times for a pickup and they never answered. This time I let the phone keep ringing. After a full 7 minutes someone finally answered and sent the bus. I complained to Rightway Parking after my first experience and assuming they fixed the problem, chose Sheraton again. They obviously didn't fix the problem.

Charging for 7 days parking when it's…

Charging for 7 days parking when it's only 6 is wrong. Their answer (Yes, I called) to justify this was because "Port Canaveral Parking does the same thing, so were matching their policies". I'm sorry, BUT you're not Port Canaveral Parking, and I thought you were better than this. We look for savings and yes we're saving some money, albeit we still have to shuttle. Do Better and charge for what you're actually offering which is 6 days parking not 7.

Stuart, we’re sorry you feel this way, however our parking operates on a daily-rate structure similar to the parking directly at the cruise port. Most facilities that charge strictly by the hour or exact 24-hour increments are typically unattended lots that use automated ticket systems to track exact entry and exit times.

While parking directly at Port Canaveral may be more convenient for some guests, it is also significantly more expensive and does not include shuttle transportation. Guests parking at the terminal are responsible for carrying their luggage from the garage to the ship, which depending on the garage location and parking level can be difficult for many travelers.

You still saved approximately $50 by using our service, and even based on your argument that one less day should have been charged, your total would still have only been about a $10 difference — meaning you still saved roughly $40 compared to parking directly at the terminal.

At the end of the day, we want customers to have a positive experience. If the parking setup and pricing structure do not fit your expectations, we completely understand and encourage you to choose the another option that best suits your needs.

Very shady website

Their website is intentionally deceptive and misleading. Parking locations are misrepresented on their maps, and the same parking lots appear to be listed multiple times with vastly different reviews, which creates a very misleading impression. Their claims about “Worry-Free Cancellations” and flexibility are not supported by their actual practices. In addition, the terms and conditions are not presented transparently, making it difficult for customers to fully understand what they are agreeing to.
