The outfits are absolutely stunning love how they look! Minis are exactly as described so maybe don’t get them if there is a length requirement (I was buying them for work, lol) but I where them sense where and love how they look and fit! Excited to try some mids to grow my business causal attire for work!

I’ve bought some super cute items before that I’ve loved. The last couple dresses weren’t really working on me ( nothing wrong, just they didn’t look as good on me as they did on the model!) and the customer service was hands down some of the best I’ve had.

I've only had good experiences with Rihoas clothing and customer service. I had to reach out to customer service - and got a response same day! They were quick to resolve my order in a pleasant manner. I'll continue to shop at Rihoas and recommend their clothing!

My package was delivered in the incorrect spot, and stolen. I never received my order.

Ordered a beautiful green dress, it took the normal 2 weeks to arrive, always tracking the order. When it arrived is realized the size was too big and after thinking about it I decided I needed to exchange it for a smaller one. They contacted me every day to make sure the process was as smooth as it could, and even suggested an easier option. I'm extremely please not only with my dress but with the customer service. It exceeded my expectations and I'm just waiting for my dress. 100% recommend.

I love these clothes. Affordable, high quality and good sizing. The zippers can be a little tough.

I loved the products i ordered. Only that 1 of the dress is a bit too oversized for my size even if i measured everything correctly. I was a bit disappointed for this one. However i am very happy that the other dresses fit and i feel beautiful again.

I love the dress that I ordered, it is really good quality and fit perfectly. So the sizing chart is pretty accurate. It only took about two weeks to arrive.

Ordered a dress after meticulously checking the measurements table. I decided to go with an S instead of an XS because of the guidance measurements provided by them. Dress arrived, turned out way too big even after tying it at the back it left a big pouch which definitely did not work.
Emailed them for a return, they replied very fast which is to appreciate but unfortunately I have to pay for the return which is about €15.. they offered a partial refund of €9 if I want to keep the dress (which i cannot wear) which again is a bit ridiculous.
Will just send the dress back but FYI read very carefully the T&C for return which was quite at the bottom of the return policy stating they do not reimburse the cost of transport for the return.
