Don't be me and make research! Or at least make sure you qualify for legal aid before you start here, saves time 🙂

Here's a few of the shady aspects about this school, before I even get into my experience:
- Multiple near-identical designed websites for supposedly different schools that often are "headquartered" in the same address
- No KvK listed on any of these websites, but searching up the names of the "different" schools in the registers gives you just one company
- 39% on CBR, speaks for itself

About my experience:
- No paper invoice/contract, I got a low resolution picture until I demanded a paper copy
- Got 2 different teachers that could not fit my schedule, wasting 2 weeks after my trial lesson
- After threatening to quit, the owner took over my classes
- Communication only over WhatsApp, messages ignored for days
- Extremely infrequent classes, 5 classes over 3 months, owner just ignores requests to schedule appointments
- I requested to cancel which is written in the contract, RADIO SILENCE by the owner, yet to receive anything back 3 months in

6 months after I signed with them, I still cannot drive a car. Don't be me.

Good instructors (the only reason why my rating is this high), but terrible management. None of my questions or requests were answered. I always had to contact management multiple times until any attention was paid to me. The "theory" included in packages is just tests, to which you have access for 2 weeks. No written theory. They don't provide any copy of your contract, no invoice. Very unprofessional.

AVOID at all costs
This company is a big scam scheme.
And I will be exposing them NOW. WITH EVIDENCE.
First you will be offered a free trial lesson, after which you will be given a form to sign. And if you leave a good review in google you get free theory package (They never give it).

They will promise you that the whole process of obtaining a license with them takes 4-8 weeks. After you sign the paper and pay them (Funnily enough in CASH) They will give you a receipt and go. Then you will get a different instructor (not the one who said will give you lessons).

Then you start driving and you quickly realise the lessons keep going but you hear nothing about the actual exam.

As you progress through the given package you will get a text saying "You have done excess lessons pls pay this amount". Then you are already over the discussed lesson amount.

Also keep in mind you cannot "Call" thier phone... only "text". And even with the texting they never NEVER respond unless they need MONEY.
I have screenshots to prove this, they will NOT reply to you.

They will NOT book your exam until they get all your money. I was lucky enough to understand the situation and to be warned by some of thier previous victims.

After being said that i need to pay 600€ for 10 lessons before my exam i felt something was wrong and decided to pay another driving school and have them check my driving. They said they will happily book an exam ASAP as i am ready.

Please be smarter than me, they have only 3/5 stars reviews for a reason. They are just here to take as much of your money as possible.

And as usual they will reply to this review saying "Your name isn't in our system please remove this bla bla bla" to cover up.

STAY SMART, DON'T FALL FOR THIS.

The organisation is a mess, they constantly do not pick up the phone and have been avoiding for more than 7 months

Untrustworthy Driving School – Poor Communication, Overcharging, and Unfair Refund

I signed up with Rijles24 and paid €685 as the first installment for a driving lesson package. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I felt misled.

After just three lessons (including the trial lesson), I decided to cancel — well within the 14-day cooling-off period — due to several red flags:

The price they charged me was different from what was advertised on their website.

After I paid, they began ignoring my messages and delayed scheduling.

They refused to provide a signed copy of the contract.

Communication was poor and unprofessional, raising concerns about the legitimacy of the company.

When I canceled, they refunded me only €121 out of €685 and gave a confusing breakdown that included:

An illegal €195 “cancellation fee” (their own contract says €29.50),

Overcharged €40 for the trial lesson (should be €25),

€115 for one lesson, which is far higher than expected,

A vague charge of €280.50 with no explanation.

They refused to give a transparent explanation and did not follow their own terms. I strongly suspect this company takes advantage of people, especially non-Dutch speakers who are unfamiliar with Dutch contracts and laws.

I have reported this to ConsuWijzer and am considering further legal action.

Avoid Rijles24. Do not trust them with your money or time. Look for a certified, transparent, and reliable driving school instead.

I had failed my exam a couple times with other driving schools but they showed me how to drive without anxiety

I had a very nice first lesson, I learned the basis of driving.

From driving school administration to driving lessons, everything is handled completely unprofessionally. A few examples: once the package was paid for, no one responded to my messages to actually schedule driving lessons, and this took about two months. I had paid for 37 lessons, but I was unable to finish them (even when always booking double hours at once) within 9 months. This was because 60% of scheduled lessons were constantly being canceled, usually with only an hour’s notice before the lesson. As for the driving experience itself, the instructor was frequently on his social media, playing music too loudly in the car, and/or taking calls during the lessons. After sending several emails with the details mentioned above, as well as proof of all the canceled lessons, and requesting a refund for the classes I was unable to use and the CBR exam included in the package, I received a response saying they would send compensation within a week. This was two months ago. Since then, I have received no reply to any subsequent emails.

Reply: For you it's after 7 years,for me it is every day because i try to keep aware people about companies like you.
So everytime when somebody asks about driving schools i try to protect their time and their money from scammers like you.Unfortunately people like you are everywhere as long money are your target. I met unprofessional people from your school and not only one instructor.There was more than 3 people. How do i know how it looks a professional one? I met him after my bad experience here with you.
So i can compare you and for sure you are less than professional!

I had bad experience with this school.they have unprofessional people.I talk with first instructor to get a trail lesson and he recommend a number of classes.
I took theory test,but they don't want to send me to exam and I was afraid my theory will expire.
They didn't book for me for practic exam and start to ask me to take more hours even I said I want to go to the exam even if I will fail.After fail exam i want to take hours and improve my driving skills,but they lose my time and my money!

And the masterpiece was the moment when I had class in the morning and instructor didn't show up.I go on whatsapp to send message and he was online.He didn't send message to tell he can't come.Not respectful! He said is sick! :D
I ask for another instructor and send me another guy from Kursat school.Another school company.Also a guy who waste my money and my hours!He was calling all the time to cancel the lesson because his mother is in the hospital and one time cancel because his car broken few streets away from my home.
He call me and I go there to see that is broken.I said ok and he thought I belived his stupidity!I already knew it is a unprofessional company.
I was lucky that it was in Covid time and my theory exam was extended.
I passed my exam with another company!Far away quality difference on instructors!

Nice conversation on trail lesson and the I have paid 600+ euros for 1st term classes but after that there is no response from driving school. After many followups sent instructor from different school, not taken that class as it was manual transmission but I asked for automatic car. I decided to stop classes due to bad response and requested for refund (within 14 days), now Im getting multiple pings from other instructors(ref to this school). One person spoke really rude. :(

Asked for a refund via email , office WhatsApp chat ...no reply or response since 10 days(email 5 days). Not sure they refund my money or not.

Better to avoid this school. You will waste lot of time and money. Once you pay the fees, they will stop giving timely lessons. I always had to push for all these lessons by calling and texting. I was not able to attach screenshots of chat due to google privacy policy.

Bad thing is we cannot arrange exam ourself so this driving school take advantage of booking exam for you. First they will book an exam as far away as possible - so that they have contineous customers. Then when exam is nearby and they realize that you are not prepared (due to lack of lessons), they will ask you to pay for intermediate exam (Tussentijdse toets). They advertise that re-exam is free but that's the catch- intermediate exam is not free.

It is very hard to improve yourself if you dont practice regularly. Thats why I had to take so many lessons while learning nothing much. The person who runs this business and also gave me lessons is Raheem. You will see that Raheem will mock you for complaining.

Just before my second exam, Raheem stopped giving me lessons. After lot of messages, I was informed that he is going on holiday. but the truth was he was training new students because he can get money from them. Later he also went on holiday. Why did he plan my exam in between his holiday?

I had to run behind the school - sending lots of messages and calls. They arrange a new teacher who was not interested in giving lessons and was also showing anger on driving school that they are pressurizing instructors to give lessons.

In my first exam, which was scheduled at 8 am, Raheem asked me to be at CBR at 7:15 for short lesson before exam but he did not come. He comes at 7:45. He is not even sorry for that. I had to wait 30 minutes in cold. But I did not complain at that moment because I wanted to remain calm for exam. What would you have done?

You can also see - several times- even when he planned lessons, he kept changing the time. But if you suddenly request to change the time, he would cancel the lesson. He does not care once you have paid money. He is not even ashamed but thinks very highly of himself.

During lessons, Raheem is mostly busy in his phone and does not give proper instructions. Sometimes he would suddenly ask to turn the car as he misses the turn while busy in his phone.

The experience with Rijles24 was wonderful. The instructors are very helpful and kind. They give all the necessary tips and tricks to pass the driving exam. Rijles24 always recommends the correct number of classes.

There is great flexibility in class timings and dates. Also, multiple classes per week can be obtained.

Overall I had a great experience, and I was able to pass in the first attempt.

I recently had passed my practical exam through Rijles24, and my experience with them, particularly with my instructor Wahid, has been absolutely outstanding.
