Easy. However I have yet to read my actual transcript so I can't comment on that particular service. My bank didn't trust the transaction so it was put on my credit card. Which is also a bummer because the ad popped up for FREE transcription service so they are hijacking keywords to get business and that's disappointing. Luckily, it was cheap enough.

Cannot use Rileo in United Kingdom as…
Cannot use Rileo in United Kingdom as it only recognises American “English” language and not the proper original English used in the UK
I couldn’t possibly send out professional documents with the dumbed down and misspelled American English!! I suppose As an American company they can’t spell proper English and would be too much of a challenge for them to do so!
This company is attempting to have my review removed as it is a negative review.
I downloaded the app from Instagram for a FREE TRIAL - but read the reviews which stated that this company remove money from free account users bank account claiming this was in the small print! However in Britain the FCA would take issue with the small print claim!! If you fall victims to this scam please report it to the FCA! My experience is being denied by this company but it only recognises AMERICAN SPELLING which is absolutely no use for UK business documents.
