depoed 15$ and they did not state that the minimum is 25 to be able to withdraw so i depoed and did not win a single battle no only that i tried to withdraw and there is no withdraw button i check the FAQ and then it states that 25 you needed depoed and i only did 15 why should they be allowed to let you depoed 10+ if you can withdraw not only that i couldnt withdraw but i could withdraw to my house it was a 12$ fee for 0.1 cents

Scam beware
Saw this advertised on YouTube and Facebook videos and always fancied my luck at a mystery box...more fool me... won fuckall £25 boxes and won £1 coupons etc ... then played a crash game , got upto a decent amount of money so much so I was placing £200 a go....then as I went to cash out it crashed ...twice....the customer services was then non existent until I placed a review then within minutes messaged me asking to take the review down and had the audacity to try and give me £50 credits which was no where near what it had robbed from me ...another user posted a review the day before stating the same thing happened to him...also whatever money you win or items you unbox you then cannot withdraw the money its stuck as credits you must spend and fornitems you then need to oay more money to a third party and on many occasions people recieved notbing ....
In short
Complained to the bank after a few months the of
investigation my bank finally refunded the money and deemed it is intact a scam

From what we’ve gathered, you spent £25 on mystery boxes and received coupons of lesser value - which is a completely possible outcome, as that’s the nature of mystery boxes. The contents are random, and there’s always a chance of getting lower-value items, which is clearly stated in the product description.
Secondly, regarding the crash game - that’s how the game itself is designed. The player decides when to cash out before the rocket crashes. If it always went to huge multipliers, it wouldn’t be a fair or functioning game. Losing a round because you didn’t cash out in time doesn’t make it a scam; that’s simply how the game works.
As for withdrawals, you can easily withdraw your winnings or items via crypto or even receive them physically. If withdrawals weren’t possible, we wouldn’t have been operating successfully for over two years now.
