All outcomes are 100% verifiable, transparent, and determined by a secure algorithm. We do not, and cannot, manipulate the results of battles or unboxings.

While losing 12 battles in a row is certainly disappointing, this is the possibility in any system based on random outcomes. It's not accurate or fair to label the platform a scam based solely on unfavorable personal results. There are numerous variables that influence each battle, and randomness inherently involves both wins and losses.

Regarding our daily free boxes: the rewards are tiered based on your account level. Users at lower levels will naturally receive more modest items, while higher-level users gain access to significantly more valuable rewards. This structure is in place to incentivize continued progression of the platform.

First and foremost, operating multiple accounts is already a direct violation of RillaBox’s Terms of Service, which you accepted when registering. This creates an unfair environment and undermines the integrity of the platform. If you’re using two accounts, you’ve already breached our TOS.

Secondly, every single game on RillaBox is secured using provable fairness. Our system uses cryptographic hash algorithms that make it impossible for anyone — including us — to manipulate results. The outcome of each box opening is 100% predetermined and verifiable through our transparent five-step unboxing process. This is not a "scam" — it's a system built to ensure fairness for every user.

You mention never winning — and while we understand your frustration, it's important to remember that not every unboxing will result in a win. Some users win big, others do not. This doesn’t mean the system is rigged — it means outcomes vary, as expected.

Regarding the reviews: RillaBox does not employ thousands of people, nor do we fabricate reviews. Trustpilot verifies reviews independently. If you believe a review is suspicious, that is something to raise with them — not us.

At RillaBox, our system uses cryptographic hash algorithms to guarantee that all unboxings are 100% fair and transparent. The entire process is provably fair and broken down into five secure steps:

Random Number Generation: We use a trusted cryptographic algorithm to generate random numbers, salted with a unique code shown to you before the game. This ensures outcomes are random and tamper-proof.

Seed Generation: A server seed (hidden until after the game) and a client seed (which you can set) are created. These are used to ensure that the randomness can't be predicted or manipulated.

Game Initialization: With both seeds, the server calculates a result number between 0 and 100 — to four decimal places — using a simple algorithm.

Result Calculation: Based on the result number and item probability, the item is selected and revealed. The system shares the original server number so both you and the system can confirm it matches the pre-committed hash.

Result Verification: You can always verify this process yourself. In your inventory log, click 'verify' to match the server hash and confirm everything was fair using any SHA256 hash tool.

As for winning or losing — it’s entirely based on probability. You could open 100 boxes and win nothing of high value, or open just one and hit something huge. That’s the nature of randomness. We don’t and can’t control the outcomes.
