Prompt customer service and nicely finished product

I was especially happy with lovely and prompt customer service I received from Ann and her colleagues at Riluxa.

I am also happy with the products I ordered. They are made precisely to the measurement and are nicely finished. Just what I expected!

I did find the production time rather long which was partly due to summer holidays but also regardless of the holiday break.

Visually appealing

We purchased a bathtub from Riluxa three years ago. While the bathtub looks very elegant, we are disappointed with the quality of some components. The siphon has leaked on several occasions and had to be repaired multiple times by our plumber. In addition, the drain stopper does not seal properly. When I raised this issue with Riluxa, I only received a quotation for purchasing a new drain stopper, without any form of support or service solution. We find this disappointing and not in line with the level of service one would expect from a brand like Riluxa. - EDIT: after writing this review Riluxa sent me a new bathplug for free. Which is much appreciated. Thank you for this. The only thing that now holds me from 5 star review is that I needed to write this review first before they "woke up".

Update to My Previous Review: “We ordered a double sink…defective”
I wanted to follow up on my earlier review regarding the defective double sink. I'm pleased to report that Riluxa has fully resolved the situation. They provided us with a correctly manufactured replacement sink and covered all associated costs, including the installation of the new unit and the removal of the defective one.
While the process took longer than expected, and there were moments when communication seemed slow, the final outcome was positive. Riluxa ultimately demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction by handling the situation professionally and ensuring everything was properly addressed.
I appreciate their willingness to take full responsibility and their comprehensive approach to resolving the issue.

We found the company on their website

We found the company on their website. We had probably an unusual request to replace the worktop on our our double sink bathroom vanity unit. The dimensions of the replacement top had to be accurate with zero tolerance. Although the result was not with zero tolerance it was acceptable. The person handling our account was very responsive and handled any small changes to the drawing. The price was very competitive. We are very pleased with the company and the product.

Diabolical

Diabolical - brand new Riluxa Linaria double sink ordered at a cost of over £1000. Turns out not in stock. Waited weeks, heard nothing. Asked to change order to slightly smaller sink which they have in stock - it's arrived and has so many manufacturing defects it's completely useless.

They have asked for photos and videos of the damage which I have sent them.

This is supposed to be a stone resin sink but has been very badly spray painted. It's just so disappointing.

They won't answer the phone and when they rarely do the person you need to speak to is never available.

They promised a refund for the slightly smaller sink, that hasn't come, and they refuse to talk to me about the horrendous quality of the sink they've actually delivered.

I will have to now claw this back on my credit card.

I will never use this company again, they're a total sham and by the look of things most of their positive reviews are bots.

EDIT - no you were not in contact with us throughout everything, most days you were impossible to get hold of and often took several days to get a proper response even to an email. You charge a fortune for luxury products, there's no excuse for treating people this way.

Great communication

I was a little concerned at first as when I ordered from Riluxa the website came up with an error once I'd made payment, but I was contacted the next morning by Ann who sent through all details of my order along with an estimated delivery date which I was impressed with.
