Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Ordered tracksuit and T-shirt in may. T-shirt was ok but tracksuit sizing was inconsistent, the trousers were huge and the top really small. Also the fabric was cheap and nasty, terrible quality. Messages went unanswered until I got PayPal involved, but they refused a return and accused me of waiting more than 14 days to complain which was clearly untrue. Unfortunately PayPal found in their favour as I had ordered a tracksuit and they sent a tracksuit, albeit a useless one so I couldn’t get my money back. After several days and lots of messages from me they told me to sell it on. Eventually they agreed to a partial refund and keep the tracksuit. This was two months ago, no sign of refund unsurprisingly, I have sent dozens of emails and chat messages, all unanswered.
