My Rimblades lasted 8 months and worked well until one blade started falling off. Their website states "they last as long as your tyres". When I called up to see what customer service would do for me I was told the product was discontinued but they could send me the newer model. The catch was they would only send one meaning I would have a different product on wheel compared to the others. Although they were offering this for free the caveat was that I would need to spend the equivalent of a new set on remover liquids etc as they destroy the alloys aesthetic when they come off and would require 3 different products to restore the alloy back to its original condition. The communication on such a simple replacement has been laborious and they don't seem to claim any responsibility for the product and its poor adhesion. If these worked they would be great but I can't give any positives with regards to their customer service I'm afraid.

Actual rimblades are quite good…
Actual rimblades are quite good although two didn’t last long and had to replace them ( used on previous car and never came off). Problem is joint covers all fell off and replacements ordered from website don’t fit the Ultra rimblades and that’s all they sell.

Wasting money every tire change
Each time you change your tires, you have to buy a new kit because the protectors simply fall off after every change.
If you have to set of tires (winter and summer); you must pay for too additional kits every year.
Too much money a bad solution from customer care (the answer was "this is the way it is")

Hi. I just checked the order and you didn't enter an email address at time of order so never received the automatic tracking info. I can't send it to you for the same reason, but tracking shows the parcel is in Australia ready for delivery tomorrow.
