The customer service has been very disappointing. From the moment we purchased the plan, we have been requesting training from the sales representative, but we still haven’t received any support.

Before the sale, we were assured that we would receive full support, but the experience so far has been completely different. This is not the level of service we expected after purchasing the plan.

poor customer service - lots of mixed messages depending on who you speak with, long periods between communication. The app phone is unreliable, cuts out a lot. 2 year contract, looking forward to getting out of it

Avoid at all costs! Awful customer service and do not help at all. They have locked us out of our account and are saying that none of the data can be retrieved despite stating that they hold data for 30 days. They do not care at all, they can’t be bothered to help. One of the worst businesses I’ve come across when it comes to customer care.

If we could give 0 stars we would. Since April this year we have been trying to add a new line and have a demo on some of the new features. We are still waiting!! Even the support team cannot get hold of the sales team to be able to sort this out. Support have been great are getting back to me. Sales?? Who needs to chase a company to make a purchase?? Absolutely ridiculous service.
