This company generally doesn't care about any of the players base in the game from pro's to new players to casuals a lot of the champs are ridiculously broken beyond all means the matchmaking is a complete and utter joke win 2 games time for you to lose 10 games as they will put you up against people who live breathe and sleep this game its honestly a lost cause and no matter how much you offer them feedback they wont listen as that doesn't get them any money they don't care about anything but money its beyond a joke if you're thinking about playing any games by riot do yourself a favour and don't find something else its not worth the issue

4 days no ticket reply, gave me a one year ban for absolutely no reason saying I "intentionally lost my game" when reviewing my past games for the past week says quite the opposite.

Slow asl support team useually they take a day or 2 to respond but right now they're straight up ignoring me it gets to a point.

If you have a 0/7/0 top laner that is flaming everyone in the game and you call them a retard you will get chat banned for a week and your honor level stripped from you. I just want to take this opportunity to say eff you, Riot games. And you wonder why you have toxicity in game.

A few days ago I was initially banned for 7 days and then all of a sudden, before the ban expired, I was permanently banned for allegedly cheating using third-party tools, which I never did. They insist that they thoroughly checked that I cheated and to not get my hopes up. (They answer the same reply to everyone, like an AI would). All this while actual cheaters roam free online with no consequences and OG players like me who always played fair and have been playing since the beginning, get treated like this.

Riot games, after taking a break for 3 years and coming back, are still the absolute worst.

I wonder what the problem is though. For a company to sustain the most horrible, broken and frankly uncaring attitude towards the people who actually want to play their games.

LOL is great, but your client, anti-cheat, support all truly let you down. Rather close down, as it seems you cannot get simple basics right and you keep on alienating your player base. Shameful. Never playing one of your games again. Given the over 1k negative reviews I've seen, others aren't either.

Riot is the worst company in the history of gaming, not only do they make a boat load of money by the minute from a FREE TO PLAY GAME all that money goes intot their pockets instead of making a working client or support ticket page. If people had will power then compnay would bankrupt in minutes most disgusting company ever waste of money waste of life unless you love a shitty client that crashes 3 times a week, and if you try to go to support page url you cant even log in or out and it refreshes every 5s awful awful awful

The worst company ever. Support does not care about your problems, they will ignore your questions and close the ticket asap. Client is bugged and they never fix it, company budget focuses probably on adding only new skins and make money. Please do not play this addictive unhealthy game. Once you start it is hard to stop and riot knows it, they made it addictive.
