i love you guys for league of legends you have changed my life i know I've dedicated 13 years of my life to this game thanks to my cousin after so long I've reached honor 5 and i just want to make sure i have a 5 star review to match it cause that's my aura keep been awesome riot i got some fabulous skins very kind thank you.

Randomly banned account for third party software use. Have never cheated so was hoping to find out what software triggered the false positive. Company refused to comment. I have to assume they mass ban on accounts to force you to start over and spend money to get the skins you already paid for again. Slimy toxic company matches their community.

all they do is introduce more skins in valorant every other week no point in playing shitty matchmaking in rank shitty teammates pairing no optimization for the game just skins and useless patch updates and no fun at all

Just got 4 years ago for 3rd party programms for absolute no reason. For a giant company it's so sad...

Worst support in the business. They aren't even looking at tickets anymore and are just using AI/pre-written responses. They banned me for "offensive or inappropriate language" even though I have my chat completely turned off and have never once chatted on this account. They are liars and will not provide me with the offensive chat logs they feel I made.

Riot Games seems like a scam , terrible company.
Taking your money and then for no reason you get banned from the game for 7 days... and now it seems like banned is for ever.
Hope that some one will shut down riot games forever....

The worst customer service expirience, they wanted me to do a Lot of trouble shooting that included having to install and desinstall a Lot of things when the issues was as simple as removing a ban.

Vanguard failed on the middle of the Game and Even after they couldn't find any issues in My system they asked me to writte codes, i just wanted to play but after this I don't want know about this guys anymore.

Complete dogshit company. Refuses to accept wills of players and forces worse and worse things patch by patch. Disgusting.

I still don't know why I am banned but they ensured me it was correct and I don't need to question it. Any future tickets linked to my ban will be automatically closed. I tried to open new tickets anyways but this was a couple of months back and after 40 tickets I can safely say it's no use. Same copy paste awnsers and I still don't know why I am banned.

The worst game provider I have ever experienced. They provide bad quality games and then when you want to delete the account, the website will always encounter errors and they require you to take 100 steps. Greedy and incompetence

greeedy company just finds about any excuse to ban you and keep all the money youve spent. no way of getting refunds, get banned for stupid shit like bad internet connection, comms. ridiculous cant believe i spent so much time and money for this company to just steal and hold our accounts hostage.

Company ran by a bunch of blue haired idiots that think balancing means making the characters that make them money broken. Can’t wait until all of these 69 iq morons are unemployed and have to get real jobs. Don’t even get me started on their garbage anti-cheat and horrible clients that regularly get people banned or locked out of games. If China or Russian nukes us I hope the first one lands directly in the center of Riot HQ.

They focus more on finding ways to sap money from their players rather than actually improving the player's experience with the game. They have more than enough revenue and resources to do so, but don't. Ranked is especially flawed, and I've even had random issues with their REQUIRED anti-cheat called Vanguard that I could not find any solution for even through google. I spent 3 days communicating with support and luckily got it fixed, but not without needing to test it during a live pvp game each time which put my account in low priority with a 10 min wait time for 5+ games. I also lost LP because of it, which they will not credit back due to the "integrity" of the ranked system, which I get.... but that only works if the system wasn't so flawed. Absolutely unfair.

When I gave my suggestions to them via support, I got no real response from them. Needless to say, Riot is lazy... entitled... and don't really care about the player's experience. Like many said already, removal of the tribune and making everything automated has made the game incredibly worse.

I've been playing since the very beginning, and while it definitely wasn't perfect back then... the company as whole is turning into a total disappointment, thanks to their greed.
