I purchased an ARB rear bumper for my 2023 Ranger. It actually showed up relatively fast but was absolutely beat up during shipping. I requested a return and replacement which was agreed, and an RMA was issued. I shipped the Bumped back to the manufacturer, and it's been crickets for more than a month. I cannot get Riot to follow up or refund my original purchase. A simple update would be great. I am going to turn it over to VISA to report it as a fraudulent transaction for dispute. I will take my business elsewhere and I would not recommend.

They are a scam stay away from them I made an order and they took my money and never sent me anything and I don't get any response from customer service stay away from them they are a scam!!!!!

Scam, or they fumble the order too long trying to source it. Either way it’s not worth the headache. No one answers. No one responds to emails. The order number they provided does not connect to an order on their website. It’s been a month with no updates. Gotta deal with a chargeback now. Waste of time.

Perfect Fit and Fast Delivery
I ordered a replacement alternator, and it arrived fast. It fit perfectly, and now my car runs like new. I'm really satisfied.

I own a shop and always bought parts in Riot few delays on some but that beyond their control due to the changes weather. I notice a really big improvement in their webshop and i dont need to call and wait by phone, search is way better now. Keep It Up Riot!

Called to order door skins for 1990 Jeep YJ the week before Thanksgiving. Called to make sure that door skins were rounded on the corner as shown in the picture advertising them. Person I talked to on the phone assured me that the door skins were rounded on the outer corner. Door skins arrived two weeks later and were not the right ones. Contacted Riot Parts to send skins back. They sent an RMA after two weeks but did not send a shipping label. Went to ship door skins back and was told it would be $63 and some change to ship. Contacted riot parts again everyday for two weeks, and was finally told the supplier says it is not their fault we ordered the wrong item even though we called to order the item and were misinformed. Currently waiting on an update to see if we can get a label to ship these door skins back. Still waiting on January 7th to resolve this issue.

Complete SCAM! They sent tracking info that never updated, never shipped the parts, did not respond to emails, got no where with the tech line when the call actually went through to a person but luckily was reimbursed from credit card company!

Do not buy from them they took my money and will not responded to emails. And have not shipped my head gasket it’s been 2 weeks and can’t get ahold of no one now I have to wait 45 days for the bank to get me my money back. This place is just to steal your money pure theft.

My experience was amazing, although my 2nd item was delayed by 1 day but Reinhart was super awesome! Parts that I was looking for were right here all along. WELL RECOMMENDED.

This place is a scam ordered a atv plow they never shipped it, tried calling customer service got a guy in australia that did nothing can't get any thing resolved, reported to credit card company as fraud, do not use this company at all costs.

Avoid!

Ordered an item that ended up being no longer available. Was only notified after repeated attempts at getting an order status update were finally answered. Notification indicated that a refund would be processed but was never given. Repeated attempts at getting an update on the refund went unanswered. Thank goodness for credit card protection.

This place is a scam. I bought a 3L can of Cataclean and got a 473ml bottle of it. No response from customer service. Avoid this place at all cost!
