I have ordered a phone two month ago and have jet to receive it. Apparently it was sent out, but I never received a tracking number or any other updates for weeks now.
I have tried to contact the company via Email, WhatsApp and telephone. Nobody has replied to my requests in weeks. I understand that there is some kind of legal dispute, putting daily operation on hold, but how can I get back my money??

The shop is a scammer, the goods have not been downloaded, they do not reply to emails and the shop page is no longer working. Warning, they advertise on the idealo.it platform, where I was sure they were a verified and reliable seller.

Do not trust this site. They fail to honour their advertised shipping. When the order was cancelled on the 8th of March. Its now the 20th of April and they still have failed to reimburse my money even after multiple contacts.
Edit: Instead of doing the right thing the owner instead tried to flag this review as hateful, the measures this owner will go to hide the review to rort future unsuspecting customers. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent price and service!
I bought a Fold 4 and the price was pretty much one of the lowest in Euros. The service is excellent and the are very quick to respond to messages, in particular WhatsApp. They deal with you in seconds and no silly questions, just resolve (I needed an invoice for insurance purposes). I paid by bank transfer, also very quick. I highly recommend! I'm in Malta hence the English review.
