Very satisfied

I ordered snowboard protection from the website — protective shorts and knee pads. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the sizes were too large. I contacted the company to request a return and exchange, providing my exact body measurements.

Harry responded very quickly. He carefully reviewed my situation, helped me choose the correct size based on my measurements, and promptly arranged the shipment of a new set.

The replacement order arrived quickly without any delays. The quality of the products is incredible — the materials are durable and reliable, yet the protection is very comfortable to wear. While snowboarding, you can truly feel the impact protection during falls.

My husband also tried the product and was very satisfied.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team, and especially to Harry, for the professional support, assistance with sizing, and the smooth handling of the return and exchange. It is truly a pleasure to deal with such excellent customer service!

Buttsaver!

I bought the knee pads and butt pad. I initially selected the wrong size and I was 2 weeks away from my snowboard holiday when it arrived. I wrote to the Rippl team and they were extremely responsive. I got my Rippl gear in time for my trip. On the slopes the gear was fantastic. I did not even realise I was wearing it until I fell and didn’t even feel that. Lifesaver! Or I should say Buttsaver! Thank you Rippl!

Snowboard armor and customer service

All the snowboard armor pieces are fantastic. When I rode without them, everything hurt for 2 months. With the armor pieces, everything was fine seconds after each fall.
The customer service is helpful and responsive. Harry and the rest of the team work fast and efficiently.

Puregritt m/c jeans

Recently puchaced two pairs of rippl pure gritt motorcycle jeans they are fantastic really comfortable and excellent armour. Kevlar/aramid lined from top to bottom, very impressed. Had to return a pair because I ordered a size to big. Harry the staff member who dealt with me went above and beyond to rectify the matter as quickly as possible. He got it all sorted returns Done and new jeans out and delivered to me. Within a week of my first order being delivered, I had my new jeans. Harry gets a 5☆rating as do the jeans,thank you.I have also puchaced 2 pairs of the riding pants before and they also get a excellent. WELL DONE RIPPL.

Honest review: So I have been a Rippl fan since I bought my first pair of Pure Grit™ Riding Jeans 2.0. They are so good I bought a second pair. They fit perfectly, the amour is in the right places, the size options are tailored to all shapes and sizes. So I bought a second pair. At the same time I bought some other bike accessories from the website, a lock, a backpack and some ear buds. In my opinion they were not the same level of quality as the jeans. I made a comment on FB. Rippl reached out and made it right withing 24 hours. I did not ask for a refund, they offered one. We worked out a trade and they let me keep the products I was not happy with. Very few companies have this level of customer service. Well done Rippl

Good quality and great protection! Unfortunately the sizes were big so we had to go down 1 size. I bought 3 pairs and Harry at customer service was great and send me new sizes straight away!

Great customer service and genuine…

Great customer service and genuine humans behind the emails and product.
I initially ordered 2 pairs, but when they eventually arrived they felt too small. The team at Rippl immediately sent me out another pair in a smaller size with no qualms. They fit perfectly now.

Excellent company

The Rippl tailback bag arrived in a timely fashion and I was kept well informed of the delivery progress. The bag itself it well designed, fits nicely and is of impressive quality. Good value for money too.
When I had an issue - entirely of my own making - Harry at Rippl could not have been more helpful with his advice and response. Altogether a very professional experience. I would recommend Rippl unreservedly.

Rippl Gear experience (multiple orders)

The gear (I have bought 4xJeans, hoody, joggers and tail bag) for myself and my son are excellent quality and value. The fit is true to size and comfortable.
Delivery sometimes takes a while, but everything has arrived and is well managed by customer services (who are excellent) if problems arise with couriers. Have recommended to friends.

Ordered a pair of jeans in the size up…

Ordered a pair of jeans in the size up from my normal size as I didn't want them to be too tight. For some reason most of my clothes seem to be shrinking in the wardrobe. However, the jeans are stretchy so the large size was too large. I paid the extra £3 on purchase in case of a problem. So I asked for an exchange. Harry from Rippl Impact Gear was fabulous. I only dealt with him via email but he's a joy to deal with. My jeans were exchanged with absolutely no bother and they're just great. The best fitting and most comfortable riding jeans I've ever had. First rate stuff and than you Harry!

I placed two separate orders

I placed two separate orders, both of which took more than three weeks to be delivered. The sizing is extremely inaccurate—the small knee pads and XXS butt pads are oversized, while the XL elbow pads are undersized. Due to the excessive shipping delay an inaccurate sizing, the items could not be used before the ski season ends. The quality of the materials is also poor. I have requested a refund and am awaiting the shipping label.

I ordered the impact gear for a ski trip that came and went, still haven’t received order

I ordered the impact gear for skiing/ snowboarding 2 weeks ago. The tracking for this company is the worst of any I have ever dealt with. I still have not received my order and the tracking states it’s still at a gofo regional hub, where it has allegedly been for days. I’m wondering at this point if I will ever get my order, starting to feel like a scam. The company did refund me $13 to my credit card and I don’t even know why since they didn’t tell me they were doing it. This has been really frustrating since I spent over $120 and wanted this gear for a ski trip that has come and gone. This isn’t worth the aggravation, Buyer beware.
