First I was happy with material and…

First I was happy with material and quality, it smelled very nice and was comfy, but after only ONE TIME wearing item starts to pill badly and looking like it s already several years old.
The word „complaint“ was not understood, and attached pics of the pilled items ignored by the seller. Risalti seems to accept only unworn items to be returned.
Returns have to be paid by consignee, what from Germany to Italy quite costly.
I would not recommend this brand, due to bad quality of material and customer service.

Amazing prices

Amazing prices, everything made in Italy, super fast shipping. I had trouble getting the discount code from the newsletter, but customer service helped and created a unique code just for me so I could get the discount. I will not hesitate to make a new order in the future.
