Engineers who came to hook me up for broadband were absolutely great. Helping explain everything to me making sure that I knew how to get all up and going. I am not very good with tech but the gentleman was extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend Rise to my friends and family, without a doubt. I was confused with the sales person he said that you would be the same as the company l am with but cheaper but it turned out you don’t do the same product l have with BT but I’m waiting for one of your colleagues to get back to me after the weekend to review the contract
Cole helped me understand the process of setting up broadband services, how rise fibre works, what they do, and who to contact if i have any problems, as well as recommending a suitable plan. It Was fast and easy to set up. I recommend this company☺️

I’ve just had a wonderful call with Chris Thorpe, who was amazingly helpful and very clear with what I was actually getting. I am returning back to the UK after being absent for many years to which the Internet has changed a lot. He was very precise in explaining how it worked and what I was getting with my order.

The Internet keeps on dropping out and it's very difficult to get in touch with technical team.
I did want to exit the contract during the 14 days cancellation period but I couldn't get in touch with th the relevant department in time and not I'm in a contract that I can't exit without paying a penalty.

This is the most disorganised company I have ever dealt with.
I signed up to what appeared to be a good deal.
BUT just one month into the contract they decided to up the price in breach of the contract.
I phoned them up and was assured that it was an error,and received an email to confirm this.
Then I received another email telling me that they were about to take a payment at the higher rate.
Another phone call and I was told that they could not reduce the rate back but would give me a credit to cover the difference.
SORRY, DO IT PROPERLY OR NOT A ALLL.
I made it very clear that I would be leaving.
I have now received an email telling me to pay the higher rate or they will cut me off and as I am still in contract they would charge me over £200 for leaving early.
All this in just two months.
Sorry but not my kind of company.
