I’m in utter shock at what I just opened. I ordered a customized Lego box for my brother for Father’s Day— which is was supposed to ship in time for but just got it. I wish I could attach a picture! It says “Lappy Father’s Day” on the Lego….. WTF.

I’m a returning customer but I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME IF YOU ARE ORDERING SOMETHING SENTIMENTAL THAT YOU CLEARLY CANNOT COUNT ON IT BEING CREATED WITH CARE AND COMPETENCY.

I placed an order with Riseloving in May for a personalized LEGO Father’s Day gift — nearly a month before the holiday — and I’m still waiting for it to arrive.

Three weeks after ordering, I contacted the company to ask when I could expect delivery, making it clear this was a Father’s Day gift. Their response? A vague, “We are sorry for the wait. After review, your order has been shipped.”

Fast forward to after Father’s Day, and still no package. I checked the tracking number they provided and saw that the item hadn’t even been picked up by the carrier. I followed up again, only to get the same canned response: “Sorry for the long wait. Your order has been shipped.”

As of now, I still haven’t received the gift and honestly doubt I ever will. Riseloving’s customer service is unhelpful and dismissive, and it’s clear they’re not equipped to deliver time-sensitive personalized items.

Bottom line: Do not order from Riseloving if you're expecting your gift to arrive on time — or possibly at all. I wish I had known this before wasting my time and money.

Beware!!! This arrived three months late, the frame and glass were damaged. It was a custom product and came completely different than I ordered. Company would not issue refunds or replacements. I turned them in to my credit card company for fraud. This is a scam from China.

Ordered in January, it showed up 2 months late, wasn’t glued on straight, and showed up broken. They told me to reglue it to straighten it out. Do not buy from them!

Sent me my package 2 months late broken and refuses to give me a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a gift for Valentine’s Day and paid quite a large amount for expedited shipping. Guaranteed shipping within 2-4 business days. Those days past, and I heard nothing. After 8 days I contacted them and they said it was still in production, asked if I could wait a few more days and that it was a busy time of year. I said no, I just wanted a refund. How can you say you’d ship a product in 2-4 days, if 8 days later it’s still “in production”. My waiting a “few more days” turned into another week and a half. Absolutely appalling and disgusting. The customer service was strange and awful. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I wish I looked into the company before ordering from them! SCAM ARTISTS. Would’ve given zero stars if that was an option.

Ordered a custom gift for my boyfriend. I paid for expedited shipping and the item didn't show up until today. 1 month after ordering. I emailed the company, and they responded very oddly and I thought it was a scam.

Finally received the item and the plastic shield which looks like glass in the frame is completely cracked and not able to be fixed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

There should be away to give a review with zero or negative stars. This company is trash. Everything your reading from other reviews is 100% accurate. I will never in my life order anything on line through Facebook or Instagram and I am upset that Meta allows for useless companies like RiseLoving to even advertise on their sites. I can just imagine how much money was lost to these crooks. I ordered my Valentines gift on 15-Jan-25. Hopefully it will get here before Valentines 2026. From reading the other reviews I'm pretty sure I will be depositing this straight into the trash. It looks like we all spent around $60 that we will soon see at Dollar Tree for $1.25.

I ordered the Mrs a Valentine’s Day present from this company at the start of January and to this day I have had nothing but an email on the 16th of feb telling me it was still in production. Absolutely appalled!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM RISELOVING.COM!!! This company was advertised on Facebook with these really cute personalized Valentine's Lego gifts. I ordered on Jan 20th and still haven't received my order and it is Feb 24th. I contacted customer service Feb 12th and told them to cancel my order since it wasn't going to arrive in time for Valentine's Day and they asked me to be patient and offered me a 10% discount off of the $60+ I spent. It turns out they are in Wuhan China and now they say my order has shipped so they won't give me a refund.
