I ordered a dress on June 3, 2026 and have not heard anything since. I suspect the tracking is bogus and have notified credit card company. We'll see if Reistor delivers.

SCAM ALERT

This is a SCAM alert for both Bath and Body Works Outlet and Risetor.

On Nov 24th, I thought I was ordering from the Bath & Body Works Outlet Store, and Risetor was the company habdlihj the payments and shipping:
I have requested updates from the Risetor and never receive a response.

I thought I was purchasing door buster priced 3-Wick candles, however it appears I have been scammed.

I would like Risetor and Bath & Body Works Outlet to provide the candles I ordered or I will contact the Corporate Office and the Better Business Bureau.

I give them a ZERO

I give them a ZERO. They got me, sadly. I thought I was buying yard ornaments from Big Shiney Balls, nope. From now on, everything online gets purchased through Amazon to avoid this! SCAM!

Scam...

Scam.... I received a receipt with an order number when I ordered mid November, after I asked for it. Yesterday, I got an email that my order had been delivered. As you all know, it wasn't. I'm getting in touch with my credit card company and report as fraud. They are not legit...too good to be true.

Scam company- Stay Away

Scam company. Stay away. I ordered Christmas ornaments for lawn in early November and never received item nor any tracking info. They ignore emails sent asking for an update. Facebook should be held liable for allowing this scam company to sell items there.

I placed an order on FB which was supposed to be from Bath Body Works and when I received my receipt it came back from Risetor. I have not received a confirmation on my order with tracking number or a breakdown on my order. I have emailed Risetor twice and have not heard back. What a Scam. FB should not allow scams like this. This is Bull!

I should have read the reviews first

I should have read the reviews first. Got totally scammed here. Glad it was only $12. FB should be reported for allowing scams like this on their site. Tried emailing their provided customer support address for order status and it returned as undeliverable as the email does not exist.

SCAM!

Agree, should be able to give a rating of ZERO! I am an educated individual, thought I was buying some Jim Shore Xmas figures from a reliable seller. Nope, just a scam. Sadly, I won’t trust any Facebook Marketplace sellers now. Citibank is working to get my money refunded to my credit card from Risetor.

Very Possibly a Scam

The ad for the product I purchased was on Facebook. Inflatable yard ornaments. The charge hit my USAA account the very next day. I did receive a receipt, but not an order confirmation. I sent them an email and I got the following response:

Dear customer,
Thanks for your email, your order has been shipped out on Nov.24 and on its way normally.
You can enter your tracking number: AT176545076CN here:https://t.17track.net/ for tracking your order and viewing details, but please note that there is a delay in updating tracking information in this online system, so you can not find any tracking information these days, please kindly track it later.
And the shippers informed us that under the very strict custom inspection, the delivery time is 15-20 days, could you please kindly wait for it and we will offer you a big discount on your next purchase from us.
If you have not received this order until the last day, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you and provide a satisfactory solution.
Best regards.
Mia

The link on their email response went to a tracking site and the site says my package is a a NYC Distribution Center.
I think I’m about to let USAA have at them.

I ordered lawn Christmas decorations…

I ordered lawn Christmas decorations from Risetor on about November 15. I received a receipt on November 20 and my bank account showed a deduction made by Risetor (RISETOR.COM UNIT 938 MOAT HOUSEBELFAST GBGB ) on November 20 for $37.41. I have waited 15 days days for delivery to no avail. I sent a message to Risetor for an update with no response. Although Risetor sent a receipt (with receipt number) there was no order number. When I tried to check the order though their online tracker they asked for the order number. Since I had none I put in the receipt number to which the response was there was no such order. I'm still waiting for a response but don't expect one. When a post is made by a scam company why doesn't Facebook refuse their post, send a message to users that the company is fake, and report to the FBI their action. This action would same people aggregation and money.
