Do not buy products from this company. I did a one off purchase from this company and they have continued to debit my credit card every month. I've had to contact my bank to get the money back, which I have.
Rise Vitals keep on trying to take money out even after me contacting them many times.
Do not use these guys its a scam

I was unaware that this was shipped from China. Delivery took weeks and I have serious concerns about the product - it has certainly had no impact on my health despite their claims.
I would suggest that this is a total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on 8 Feb 26 and has been in transit (apparently) since 11 Feb. A month after order I still do not have it. I have repeatedly asked for an update and a refund and I get a holding email stating that it is on its way every time. I fear I have lost my money and this company do not care. I only gave 1 star because I cannot give zero.
Funny enough the website boasts its 4.8/5 based on 137,135 reviews but you can't read them or write one!
If you are thinking of placing an order, please don't. You'll regret it.

I would rate it zero stars if that were an option. I was a first time purchaser and purchased one of their supplements. Only after ordering and receiving shipping information did I learn that the supplement was manufactured and shipped from China.

Because I was concerned about the efficacy and safety of the product, I informed the company that I did not want it and requested to take advantage of their stated 30 day money back guarantee for new customers.

The company has refused to honor its 30 day money back guarantee and has instead offered a partial refund or a site credit. This has now been going on for a month. On 2026-02-22, the company rejected the refund request stating that the order was a subscription and therefore not eligible for a refund (it was not).

They have refused to honor their own policies. Customer service is slow to respond taking at least 7 days to respond. I would not trust the company or its products. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I had high expectations for this product that I read so much about, until I ordered & accidentally subscribe to and after consuming the product found that it gave me chronic diarrhoea and after contacting the company with a full explanation, everything I said fell on deaf ears and I was still charged with a second product and charged for. No reaction to my compassionate response to my unsatisfied reaction to this product. Personally I would never ever recommend it and I will avoid it at all cost.

I mistakenly ordered alot more than I intended. How do I adjust the amount of the order. Please help me out. Steve Lloid

Avoid at all costs, they will retain your credit card details and enter you into a subscription without prior notice. Then when you cancel (prior to item being dispatched) they send it anyway and offer 10% refund. The product is completely sub standard and does not work in any way. Their customer service is absolutely terrible also. Absolute scam company to be avoided. Not to mention 3-4week delivery. They also offer to return the item at excessive delivery costs and “fines”. Best to find a more reputable supplier as these guys are literally just thieves

they say you can cancel but they never let you cancel

Seems the website has been blocked by Google as it thinks it could be a fake e-store.

The only reason I bought was because a friend mentioned it helped him feel more masculine, for me it helped me with feel just overall energized during the day and I started seeing those stubborn fat areas go away.

I’ve tried to cancel things but had no luck, there is nowhere on there site that I can find to cancel, I’ve emailed them on the email address advertise and that gets sent back. I’ve managed (I hope) to remove my payment details so fingers crossed that works. Total lack of customer service

I ordered this for my brother as he is struggling with man boobs. He is happy we can clearly see changes and it really helped him!!!!!!

Rise Vitals is part of a group of companies (including BioLabs, read their terrible reviews)that when you make a one off purchase they take a recurring payment on a monthly basis from your credit or debit card. They make it almost impossible to cancel your order and you have to go through your bank to refuse further payments. Initially they make out that they are based in the UK or the USA but the orders are shipped from China. There is no medical certificate attached to the product so who knows what conditions it’s manufactured in and you are expected to put it into your mouth daily. Don’t believe the positive reviews, sellers often post their own reviews.
Rise Vitals and Bio Labs have the same address for delivery and returns.

It gave my confidence back, got more energy meeting new people. I have no problem with my lymph flow anymore

I used to be a bit insecure about having my issues down there in the bedroom, avoided dates and those things. Must say that it started working like how it used to do 30 years ago. ;)

Yes I am really happy about the product and I am seeing results already the swelling has already begun disappearing
