If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would.
My experience with RIS Limousine was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve dealt with in years. The company hides behind confusing policies, aggressive communication, and contracts that look like they were pieced together from random internet templates rather than reviewed by any reputable legal professional.
The emails alone should have been a red flag. Multiple fonts, random colors, excessive bolding, scattered formatting, and paragraphs of intimidating language designed more to confuse customers than clearly explain anything. It felt less like communication from a professional transportation company and more like someone discovered the “format painter” button for the first time and never stopped clicking.
The tone of their responses became increasingly hostile the moment there was any disagreement. Instead of attempting to resolve concerns professionally, the focus immediately shifted toward threats, legal intimidation, and referencing buried clauses in an overly complicated agreement.
Atlanta has far too many quality transportation companies to settle for this level of disorganization and customer treatment. Professional businesses operate with clarity, transparency, and confidence. RIS operates with clutter, confusion, and confrontation.
I strongly encourage potential customers to read every line carefully before providing payment information or signing anything. Better yet, save yourself the headache and choose a company that understands professionalism.
