After payment they leave you on your own. Very busy team, they could not onboard us for 2 months. Their issues never end. Sometime urgency matters may be resolved in a week. The normal resolution is that we shall get back to you in 24 hours to 48 hours. These hours never arrive. So buy at your own risk.
