I purchased some flowers for my wedding anniversary. I have security camera footage of the delivery driver showing up after hours, and knocking on the door. Then they just took the flowers and drove away. That was two weeks ago. I have not heard from the company at all, though I've left messages everyday. And sent multiple emails. They won't respond at all. They won't even answer the phone. They could have left the flowers at the doorstep, or they could have attempted a redelivery which they didn't. They also could have contacted me and I would have picked them up myself. 2 weeks later they still haven't contacted me at all. $60 out the window, and nobody will pick up the phone. Order #831061
