Avoid Doing Business with This Company
My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Here’s why I cannot recommend their services:
1. Unclear Pricing Structure:
The pricing was not transparent. For items I sold through them, I only received 35% of the total sale price. They kept 45% for themselves and deducted an additional 20% VAT from my share, which was never clearly communicated upfront.
2. Broken Agreement Terms:
I agreed to a 60-day sales exclusivity period at their store, after which I was told I could retrieve my unsold items without paying an early sales fee. Despite waiting 90 days (well beyond the agreed period), they still charged me a £15 fee per item to take them back.
3. Unauthorized Sales:
Even after I explicitly requested that my items not be sold, they disregarded my instructions and sold them anyway.
4. Unprofessional and Deceitful Behavior:
The staff appeared unhelpful and seemed more focused on finding ways to increase their profit at my expense than honoring their commitments.
This experience has left me feeling misled and undervalued as a client. If you value transparency, fair dealings, and respect, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
