Shady Company, misleading promotions

Update: BEWARE!!! Apparently you automatically sign up for a subscription when you buy. I've now given this BS company $160 of my money.

FIRST REVIEW: They are shady about buy one get one free. When I placed the order I thought I was paying $39.99, but I was charged $79.99. Then when I emailed about the over charge, they left me hanging for days. The only reason they got back to me was because I disputed the charge with my bank. I will be sending the product back when I get it. There’s no way I’m putting their product in my body. Who knows what they’re willing to lie about.

Yeah these people lie about buy one. Get one free…

Yeah these people lie about what they're selling and how much it cost so I would not order from them until they can figure out how to speak. They say buy one get one free but they charge you for each one you get so they say buy one get one free so you get two for $39.99 and they're supposed to be $19.99 each buy one. Get one free but you get two and you pay $39.99 only be paying $19.99 for two. If it's buy one get one free. They lie

I Only Recieved A Partial Order

I placed my order for Happy Liver on March 20th and Ritual Labs offered for me to order Ancestral Organs, so I did. The company combined this second order to the first order, which at the time didn't seem to be a big deal. Upon arrival March 31st, only the Happy Liver arrived, but RL claimed the whole order arrived. I contacted their support email and did get some responses and it appeared they were making it right. Well, it has been almost a month since I ordered and though RL re-ordered the AO with new tracking, it has sat stuck with no progress since April 7th. I contacted my credit card and disputed the charge for the AO. So, they combined the orders, but there were two different charges on my credit card. I guess time will tell if RL will take any action. By the way, there are so many one star reviews here at Trustpilot, I most likely will not order from RL again.

I thought I would love the product

I thought I would love the product, based on ingredients. My digestive tract couldn’t handle it, my stomach etc is extremely sensitive. I emailed them my issues, to see if it was all a part of my body detoxing. They assured me it wasn’t normal and advised that I stop taking it. They fully refunded my order. Despite my body not tolerating it, I believe it could help people who are not so sensitive. I appreciated their customer service and not having to fight for a refund. They just did it. Thank you.

Ingredient dose different

The mg of each ingredient listed on the website is different than the amount listed on the bottle. For example, Inositol says 1,000 mg per serving on the website, but the bottle says 200 mg Inositol per serving.

FRAUD / SCAM Company

FRAUD / SCAM Company

This is a fraudulent company. The day I placed my order, I realized they were a scam of a company, so I reached out to them to cancel my order right away and refund my money. Not a single reply after half a dozen e-mail. There is no contact number to call them. Payment went through faster than you can blink. Since then, I have not heard anything from them. STAY AWAY from this SCAM company.

They utilize a pre-populated subscription that you cant see at checkout. Once they have your credit card, they’re going to use it.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company, don’t order anything from them, I ordered quiet dose as I haven't been well and was very anxious, I thought they would help, they made me sick and gave me very bad tummy pain. I tryd for months to cancel a subscription that I didn’t realise I had signed up for with no joy!! Finally canceled then I was sent another order and charged for it. I have been trying for weeks to send them back and get a refund. They are now saying they can’t receive returns so will give me half what I paid for just the last order!!!!! They are awful to deal with to say the least!!

Only one bottle in, and will have my bloodwork redone next month, so hoping to see improvements. No issues with taking the supplement and doesn't cause GI distress.

OMG AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

OMG, RUN from these people! First, on my initial 90 day order, I paid $14.95 extra for Rush shipping which I completely ignored and sent it from China that took weeks granted they did give me a refund and I was OK with it then 30 days into my 90 day supply they apparently auto ordered more and sent it to me without any notification until after they already charge my card. I just sent very annoyed emails to them and blocked the credit card payment and deleted my credit card information and address from these lunatics scum Masters and scammers database avoid avoid avoid!

Really seems to be a scam

The product ships from China and takes forever to get to the US. After I opened the package, there were spelling errors on the label. I tried to send a message to get a refund, but they aren't accepting emails. Messages posted through their Web site go unanswered.

After ordering the liver health stuff I began to wonder, it was via a FB ad, and I found that the product was shipped from China therefore must have been made there, got in touch with Rituallabs who told me that products went through strict US standards, er how since its shipped from China? Also questioned the clinical data that they cited on THE FB ad, awaiting response

This company is a SCAM

Product took far too long to deliver. When I researched the exact ingredients (not available when I ordered) I found several that I cannot take. So, I initiated a return/refund. I received an email offering me 50% of my order and to keep the rest, but they cannot receive returns at this time due to an address issue. SCAM.
