Do not believe that this is a one time purchase. They charged my credit card exactly one month after my original purchase. When I contacted their service department about the reoccurring charges/subscription via email they stated that they do not have a subscriptions or reoccurring charges but that is exactly what the credit card company stated, that it is a reoccurring charge.
The service department then stated that they could not locate my email address to check the purchase. I responded with screenshots of multiple emails from them after the purchase. Service representative then stated she would push it up the ladder essentially. Going on two weeks with no response. I sent an email stating I would be disputing the charges,still no response. I did dispute the charges. Thinking it’s a total scam!

All is well. I was excited until I was being sold multiple other items. I got overwhelmed and decided not to bother. I just don’t know what to trust anymore.

Asked to return a bottle, and it was returned. Total scam!!!

This company is a scam. I placed an order and they automatically placed me on a monthly subscription. I did not do this. Now I have to try to get my money back.

Jen is very patient and professional, seems like a great person to have contacting customers.

The return process is quite easy. I am not too happy that the refund is less than what I paid.

Fast response and took care of issue. Very pleased.

I got an immediate response from Customer Support ( thanks Sara ), & managing my subscription was easily handled thru an easy link provided.

This company is garbage. They run a scam subscription service and the products are quite frankly sub par with garbage ingredients.

Thanks for being responsive in my cancellation, I just didn’t want a automatic payment yet.

This is a complete scam.
I fell victim to the same pattern expressed here by so many others. I was enrolled in a subscription I did not ask for. The online cancellation procedure does not work. Someone using the name Sara promised via email that I would be unsubscribed. A few days later I was notified by someone using the name Jen that more charges had been made to my account and more bottles of capsules arrived. I emailed again and the same disingenuous promises were repeated. I have now cancelled my card so that they can no longer steal from me. Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam. I did not sign up for monthly charges and was unable to cancel my subscription when I contacted the Ritual labs customer support. I wasted an hour contacting my bank to cancel the subscription. Soooo disappointing. DONT BUY ANYTHING from this company!

Sara, answered my email for help getting a subscription cancelled today. She offered a link so I could manage it myself but also was available to take care of it from her end. She communicated quickly and made sure it was cancelled today, August 3, 2026. I received her email that it was done as well as one from the company.
Good customer service and not AI or loops.

I once received an order that I did not recall ordering. I was told to keep the order, and they would refund the total cost immediately.

I was unable to use the website to verify the status of any potentially recurring shipments or subscriptions. I sent an email to the support team and received a reply within a few hours. This was even on a weekend! Sometimes when ordering things online, you get pressured to buy more or add one more thing to your cart. Ritual Labs did not try to upsell me. Straight forward answers to my questions made for a very pleasant experience.

Tried to cancel several times. Even went through your o line canceling form, paid $22.00 to cancel and you are still sending supplements and charging me. Plus the bottles are much smaller than first inital order. PLEASE CANCEL!!!!!

I sent an email about needing to return a product and Jen got back to me in minutes. She informed me of the steps needed to make it happen. Great customer service.
