Horrible experience with customer service owner art tawangher. So rude and dismissive.
Products are not good. Don't waste your time or money on this person and their products are low quality, misleading and fake.

I really enjoy using this product, it smells wonderful and feels lovely on the skin, but I am disappointed with the company’s lack of response. Normally, I receive very quick replies to shipment inquiries, yet after emailing twice (beginning of December) regarding extraction method and ingredient sourcing, I received no answer: questions that are considered standard in the essential oils and wellness industry, especially today.

As a professional looking to use this product with clients, transparency regarding ingredient origin and extraction method is important. Not receiving a response to such simple questions naturally raises questions and makes me hesitant to confidently recommend or use the product in my practice.

I love the oil. I use it on a regular basis. Excellent customer service.

I purchased some Ritual Oil and Lotus Flowers for my partner. She absolutely loves the products especially the oil. Unfortunately the first items did not arrive, they 'went missing' on reaching the UK. Arri was extremely helpful and professional and resent the items straight away, customer service was excellent, you really can trust this company, highly recommend them. Many thanks Arri

I have been seeing Ritual Oils all over my feed for 2 years before I decided to order the oil and the beautiful Blue lotus flowers. The oil smells really amazing and makes your skin feel very soft! I am totally in love with it! The flowers make a nice tea that leaves you relaxed but with awakened senses. It took a while to arrive from Australia to the Netherlands and was held at customs for a while, but Arri told me it would come eventually and it did. The National post office reached out to me to add info on the parcel and after that, I received the message to pay custom fees. A few days later the parcel was delivered and I was very thrilled with the products! Thanks Arri for the customer service, you are really doing an amazing thing. Love your oil!

Having read so many wonderful, glowing reviews about this oil and its properties I ordered three. Fast express from Australia but sadly my package is being held by Dutch customs and I can’t do anything about it. Reached out to the courier DHL and then to the supplier but no joy. I am so disappointed and wonder why? Anyone else had problems here in The Netherlands. On the courier info it says my packing being withheld because of customer information. DHL say contact the supplier. The supplier says contact the courier and I am stuck in the middle having probably lost about €111 in the process. So sick of courier problems and strange that DHL say the tracing number is not in their system. It’s disappointing to read how quickly other people received their orders. What next? 🥲

Delivery from Australia to the uk was quite to say it was coming from so far away. The packaging was beautiful as well as the hand written message it felt so warming and personal. The oil itself smells divine and currently enjoying using it on my face. I don’t usually like using oils on my face as I break out easy but this is lightweight and lovely just before bed and/or days when I’m not wearing makeup

Arri delivered one of my favourite parcels that I have ever received - with love. The energy of the parcel and all of its contents felt cleansed and charged with positivity. The message felt as though I had received it from a friend, and I wasn’t well at the time, so although it was a gift to myself I really felt the love that Arri put into it. Australia to England in under a week, free shipping and no sneaky taxes and duties! The oils were beautifully wrapped, and a joy to use. I can’t wait to make the tea with flowers and use them in the bath! The gua shas and rollers were made from exceptionally high quality Rose Quartz and I am just so happy that I made this purchase. Overall, such a nice experience to order from Ritual Oils! Arri wrote a personalised message on the box, and it took 8 days only from Australia to Norway 🥳🙌! The 3-pack of moringa oils are now part of my daily skin care routine, adding a fresh glow to my skin and smell fantastic. The cocoa-ritual helped me and my husband through a rough patch in early December, as we were dealing with some unforeseen incident with one of our children that threw us a bit off course. Highly recommended!

Hi , I am Alin, 8 days ago I ordered a package of 3 oils as a gift for my wife! I was surprised by the delivery time (8 days), I live in the UK!
The people who own this business are brilliant, as far as I can see, very nice messages appear on the box, and the oils are packed quite safely for such a long transport
You are always kept up to date with the parcel.
