Ordered a pair of size 5 shoes but although the shoes were marked as being size 38 which equates to UK size 5 they were in fact more like size 4. Rivallo talked me into returning the shoes for exchange rather than a refund but although they say they have received the shoes 5 weeks ago they still haven't send a replacement and are not answering my emails requesting a refund. So much wish I had read the reviews before placing the order.

Why did I not read these reviews before buying!!

Thought I was doing my bit by buying their fly catcher which didn't rely on chemicals, but what they have designed is totally pointless. Sent back first one as defective l, replacement sent but no reply to response to returning it.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

DO not use this company. They are fraudsters who have stolen my money, refusing a refund after they sent a dangerous product that caught fire when plugged in! They have then ignored all of my complaints and should be reported for their disgraceful fake products and service.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!!
They do not respond to emails regarding returning a product or to get a full refund. I eventually managed to return the unused product in its original packaging and eventually they ended up refunding me £5 instead of the full price of £22!
I am still trying to get my full refund 4 months later!!!

This is a disgraceful company, I bought car scratch remover which took so long to come from China that I had to find a product locally. It eventually a month too late ,all instructions on the product in Chinese. I had previously tried to cancel the order, this was ignored.
I emailed asking them for a return label or an address,again nothing was forthcoming. Several more requests were sent and as there was no co-operation I decided to test the product which turned out to be a milky liquid. There was no way it would remove surface scratches and certainly not deep ones. Dreadful company and one that needs to be avoided at all costs.

Awful company, states that you can return items no problem but beware this is only if they are FAULTY. I wanted to return an item that is being sold however it is not fit for purpose and I don't believe it has any of the technology this company is stating it has, therefore FALSELY advertising as such. They have offered a 10% refund - so £4 out of a £40 purchase?? Disgraceful, also product took 3.5 weeks to arrive. Stay clear!

Like others I failed to review before buying. I bought four garden products that are supposed to deter rabbits. They are supposed to detect movement and then emit a sound at a frequency that rabbits cannot stand. They have zero affect on them at any distance and are useless. Rivallo string me along and will not refund my £98.I have even supplied them with photos to prove the case.

SCAM. DO NOT BUY. I have asked my bank for help as the company would not give me a refund on a faulty item. The bank also told me they’ve had to apply a block on my account as this company would have taken monthly payments because they are a scam. They ask for photos. Delay responding. Only give you a replacement. No telephone number to ring. No address to write to. Disgusting

Avoid this site at all costs.
It says delivery within 3 working days so I ordered a battery pack which I needed in a week. It has been 4 weeks & I found out the item was being shipped directly from China but there is no tracking, no evidence and I am yet to receive the product.
I had to purchase at a higher cost from Amazon and I have been chasing for a refund for 4 weeks.
There is no response from Rivallo either way.

Total scam & you will NEVER get your money back.

Further to my review, I have contacted my credit card company and they are investigating & have refunded me.

I always read reviews but for some reason I must have missed doing so or I would never have bought from this company, the goods they advertised are high priced but shoddy cheap stuff. Buy the same stuff on Temu at fraction of the price.
They do not have a return address & refuse to give one or a refund.

Like others, I wish I had read the reviews first! DON'T touch this company with a barge pole. I order what was clearly advertised as 4 deer scarers but only 1 arrived. They admitted the advert was wrong but would not stand by their error and send 3 more. They offered 25% refund and in the end I asked for 50% (and got just less than that in fact). Legally they were obliged to send 4 units but simply refused. It's clearly no surprise to read others have similar problems.

Why didn’t l read the reviews? Paid £100 for product worth perhaps £20. A lesson learnt!

Was sent two smart watches instead of one as ordered the quality was lower than Dell boy standard. VERY poorly packed plastic bag battered boxes no protection for the watches not sure if they worked properly 3 days late i tried to contact the company by email to cancel but the email was rejected at first
When they finaly sent me a response they said their team though the standard was of exceptional quality and under no circumstances would they send return address label for return and refund.SO PLEASE EVERBODY DONOT BUY ANTHING FROM RIVALLO .

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing an item from this site. The item I was sent was not what I had ordered. I wrote to them, I had 2 pieces of communication from them and then nothing. As other people have commented if I could give zero stars, I would. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson; read Trustpilot reviews before buying.

There hearing aid products are rubbish, their no quibble guarantee is non existant. They will do anything but refund you then ignore all correspondence.

I have never dealt with such poor communication, poor customer service and poor after sales response! Rivallo (as other people have quoted) do not reply for at least a week or two, then when they do respond do not deal with the issue which in my case (as others customers have quoted) tried to send back a pair of Men’s heated gloves that were meant to be small and which would only fit a child! I requested a size medium in exchange and again no reply until today when they now say (after trying to return the gloves for over a month) that I have exceeded the returns window!! 😡😡😡😡

March 2025. If I could give them zero stars I would have, Similar tale to others on here, ordered heated MBT gloves far too small and not fit for purpose. I have now sent several emails trying to return the goods. They string it out with weeks in between replies and now say they can’t refund fully as it’s been more than 30 days offering 50% refund. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards this week. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered a deer deterrent, arrived within a month. It does work and I am satisfied with the purchase (assuming it continues to work).

Ordered a 100000mAh power pack. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and when tested didn't even output 20000mAh - total mis-selling. Do not touch this company.

Do not use this company.
Placed an order for 2 pairs of waterproof snow boots 10 days ago. Received confirmation of order but no delivery date.
Appalling customer service, the telephone number on website is an invalid number. Sent 3 e mails requesting a delivery date and a date items needed by, but no response.
Money for the boots has been taken but wondering if they will actually arrive.
