I like the sorting features, buttons and profit gauge. Once I found the template builder I was in love. You can drag and drop everything. Orders are really easy to manage for customer service. The messaging system is great. Can't say enough good things, I've tried to pay a developer to build something like this, cost me over 10K and wasn't 1/10 as good as this software.
Great once you learn all the features. I like the profit gauge and message system. The massaging alone helped me run my business without dropping the ball. Was worried about the cancellation, they have a big cancellation button. Not sure about the other review.
