Straight theft.
Terrible product. They used the flimsiest, cheapest sweatshirt they could find. The fit is off, doesn't really fit the way other sweatshirts in the same size do. AND you can't return it.
All of that for the outrages price of $60, PLUS SHIPPING.
This company has a terrible(barely existent) refund policy and their customer service is slow to respond and makes you jump through hoops to prove there are issues with the product.
I bought a large sized sweatshirt which is nowhere near the size of any other large sized shirts and sweatshirts I own.
I emailed customer service and they informed me of their insane refund policy and asked I take pictures of other large sized shirts to prove there item was indeed much smaller. I provided proof and then they emailed me asking I measure the sweatshirt.
The company makes you jump through hoops instead of doing the right thing.
I emailed them 3 days ago and this is still an ongoing matter. They are slow to respond and unwilling to help.
I paid $65 for a sweatshirt. It’s a Gildan sweatshirt which is mentioned nowhere online but there is a picture of the tag if you zoom in close enough.
The quality is terrible and I could tell wouldn’t last long before even noticing the sizing issue.
Shop elsewhere for quality clothes and good customer service.
