Even on holiday they were able to provide us the travel information we needed . Everything went smoothly we are very happy with Rivaro and the service they provided us.

Customer service was amazing and dealing with Feroze and Neha was so simple. I had A LOT of questions which were answered perfectly, and quickly. They took their time to understand my preferences and matched my interests and budget.

I booked two lots of family flights with Rivaro Travel and I was extremely happy with the service. Feroze & team were really patient with all my questions whilst I was booking some important trips. I was looking for a smooth booking, good prices and the attention to detail was a must, as I was travelling with elderly parents both needing assitance.
Feroze was super helpful, personally checking things which was really nice as I was nervous with this trip in particular. I really appreciated the kind service to make sure all was in place for my parents. I have another trip booked in July and some more planned, I wouldn't hesitate in booking with Feroze and his team again.

Fantastic Service for organising our trip to Far East Asia. We had 101 questions however both Feroze and Amita answered each one with patience. They provided a competitive quote along with a 5* service. They even went as far as ensuring any hotels we suggested were to a suitable standard. We have just returned from our holiday in Mexico. We booked the whole package with Rivaro Travel. The trip included multi-destinations and they booked everything for us - international and internal flights, hotels, transfers and couple of tours. Their communication timing was impressive with great customer service. Throughout the booking process, they answered our queries and quickly responded to an issue whilst out there. We used Rivaro to book our Honeymoon which was also our first overseas holiday since the pandemic. We dealt with Feroze and Amrita who were incredibly responsive to our queries and adapted the package to our requests. They offered by far the lowest rates compared with other travel agents but ensured the quality in hotels and flights was in line with our expectations.
