This was the first time I purchased a vintage watch and the experience with them was just superb. Jamie answered all my questions promptly yet sincerely, even gave me advices.

I purchased a Tudor Black Bay Harrods that I had seen advertised on their website. I spoke to Jamie via message who was very quick to respond and even though he had covid organised for his business partner Barry to meet me to view the watch before purchasing. I can highly recommend River Dweller and Jamie in particular. I contacted them regarding a Rolex Explorer II black dial and within 24 hours I had the watch delivered. It was exactly as described and exceeded my expectation. They sized the watch for me and talked me through the model and it’s history etc. Jamie is extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. So much so that I have already asked him to source me an identical watch but with the white dial, to sit alongside this one. Thanks again Jamie.

I traded in a watch with RD and the process was seamless. I always find that communication is key and something that RD did very well. I’ve ended up with the watch I want and it was exactly as described, the photos were not edited to conceal true condition as I have experienced elsewhere with other dealers. Absolutely superb. Have just purchased another watch from River Dweller. Again Jamie has supplied more than promised. Very friendly and very professional. The watch is absolutely awesome and comes with complete documentation including service documents. I really trust the Rivet Dweller team and hope to deal with them again. What a proper experience!
RD answers my questions and requests for pricing for months. Never made me feel silly for asking or stupid like some other dealers. Always engaged and have honest answers and responses. Helped me get the watch I REALLY wanted. Worked with me with an ideal, that worked well for both of us.
